John was great! We had a number of issues and he was able to diagnose and fix quickly. Was very personable. Took time to explain what was going on and the work that was being done. Would definitely work with them again.
10/10 best service I’ve ever had. Especially last minute on a holiday weekend. Came sooner than estimated time. Super friendly. Super easy to talk to. Explained everything. Made sure it was perfect. Highly recommend and plan on using for future instances (hopefully doesn’t happen but if it does) best company out there and I’ve used several for prior leaks.
Both Kyle and Ben were courteous, and knowledgeable. They worked together in order to solve my plumbing problem quickly and were extremely clean. They took the time to explain to me my plumbing issue and gave me suggestions on how to avoid problems in the future. These are the technicians you want representing your ccompany. I heard my sump pump humming/buzzing at around 6:45am. I called 1 Tom-Plumber and the agent picked right up after the first ring (and she was really kind - I did not get her name). By 12:45pm Matthew Pieper and John (didn't get his last name) were absolutely fantastic! These gentleman were amazing! They helped me understand more about sump pumps, what to listen to, and what to watch out for in the future. The pump was installed in less than 30 minutes. The guys were clean and courteous! They also gave me information on other services I could get done in the future. I am so grateful to them! They just pulled out my driveway, but I told them I was filling out a review first, before I did anything else! If management is reading this - please consider acknowledging Matt and John. Good customer service is rare these days and these guys were outstanding! I will always choose 1 Tom Plumber for my needs in the future, and I let my friend know about them as well. Thank you to the 1 Tom Plumber team - I appreciate your hard work and dedication. I know working with customers (like me) that have anxiety about plumbing issues can be difficult, but you all are doing a great service to us who have no or limited understanding of plumbing.
