Do not recommend. Everything started out great. They came out and put a tarp up on the side of our house where we had siding missing, worked with the insurance agent over the phone to get our claim rolling. They even came out when the insurance adjuster came and made sure nothing was missed. After hearing from the insurance company on the amount that we would receive from the claim to pay for our new roof and gutters and siding, the rep from ACS came out and discussed our options and also confirmed the work to be done and we even sent an email to the rep regarding which shingles that we selected. Weeks went by after that. Haven't heard from the rep or the company itself. After several calls into the rep, he informed me that he would find out what was going on with our project by the end of the business day. 3 weeks later and still haven't heard from him. Which leaves us with nothing out of this experience except for an insurance claim and an unsightly blue tarp still on the side of our house.

This company does not respond. Have my roof done in 2018 (Still under warranty) and I have several shingles missing. I’ve emailed, called…no response.

Unfortunately we like others have had no response to 3 previous phone calls. I wish we would have looked at these reviews before we hired them. Sad to say I don’t recommend this company

Do not use!!! They did my roof in 2016 and it leaks. They have not responded or attempted to repair. My roof is still under warranty

Did a great job in a timely manner and the cleanup was amazing. Roof looks great. I recommend this company.
