What can I say about Air Authority, that they are professional at what they do! They came out in one of the coldest day this December and installed our new Heat pump/Air conditioning unit. As you can see in the photo the quality of products they use for your home. If you want quality from start to finish then this company will not disappoint.
Had a great overall experience with Air Authority! We had a little more of a complex issue going on with our HVAC system that required multiple visits. Each technician was prompt and professional, clearly explaining their process and findings. Ultimately were able to fix the issues. Communication with AA was excellent throughout the whole process. Can confidently recommend their services to anyone in the market for repairs and/or service.
Recently, both my furnace and water heater broke down simultaneously, creating a challenging situation in my home. While Air Authority doesn't provide plumbing services, they came highly recommended for their expertise in HVAC and directed me to an outstanding plumber who could help. They took care of replacing my furnace and impressed me with their professionalism and efficiency. In my quest for the best deal, I sought quotes from five different service providers. To my surprise, Air Authority not only offered the most competitive price but also went above and beyond in their service. Throughout the process, I felt like I was truly saving on costs, time, and the usual stresses associated with home repairs. In contrast, the other four contractors I contacted presented quotes that were significantly higher. Moreover, they seemed inclined to extend the project scope unnecessarily, likely hoping to increase their profits at my expense. It was refreshing to find a team that was transparent and genuine, avoiding hidden charges and keeping the project straightforward. My experience with them has been exceptional, and I would highly recommend their services to anyone.
Air Authority have great and professional people. They are conducting very honest business. They do no take advantage of their customers instead they take good care of their customer and provide the upmost services with professional and honest approach. I couldn’t thanks them enough for spending time and efforts to give us second opinion on what’s going with our HVAC system. Would highly recommend them to anyone who likes honest, professional and very responsive business.
This company is awesome! I wish I would have found them years ago. They are professional and knowledgeable. They charged reasonable rates and didn't add a bunch of stuff to pad the bill. Best of all, John fixed a problem that 3 other companies were not able to fix. Larry came out for a follow-up visit the next day and was also great. I can't recommend this company enough.
