I've been using Air Authority for four years now. They sort of came with my condo. It's a great team. They communicate well and always leave my home as clean or better than they found it. Larry takes great care of me and my HVAC system!
Air Authority has been absolutely wonderful. After having been rejected by my home warranty to replace the AC, I discovered Air Authority. Jack came out and did an immensely thorough inspection on what I would need replaced. Not once did he try to upsell me on anything I didn't need, and even educated me on everything about my home AC system. Seth and Quinn came out promptly at 8am the next morning, and did an incredible job replacing my AC unit on one of the hottest days of the year. Additionally, they educated me on regular AC maintenance and how to take care of everything. They even took the time out of their work to say hello to my dog! They installed top notch equipment for an incredibly reasonable and fair price. Will recommend this company, and this company only going forward to friends and family.

Update from my new work with Air Authority January 2024: The Air Authority team came out to service my furnace for one of my two inspections/cleanings this year and they were very helpful. It's a great feeling to know highly trained and knowledgable team members are showing the care and attention needed to make things are working properly and are cleaned out. There is a piece-of-mind that I get in working with Air Authority. Thank you all for your good work! I highly recommend this company to everyone I talk to about their home. _________________________ January 2023: I signed up for a yearly maintenance program with Air Authority and their tech came out to clean my HVAC, perform tests, and provide guidance on any fixes or updates to the system. Their tech, Mike, was very knowledgeable and explained what he would be doing, as well as an overview of his findings. I am highly impressed with their thorough work and industry knowledge. I feel like I’m in great hands having Air Authority keep my heating and AC system up to date and running well. The yearly agreement was a great price, and even comes with additional discounts of fixes are ever needed. Thanks Mike and Air Authority team for all your hard and good work. Highly recommended!!!
For a few years I used another Mason HVAC company. But each time I felt like I wasn’t being upsold and it made me uncomfortable. I switched to Air Authority and I’ve never looked back. It has been about 10 years and I don’t have any complaints. I’ve since purchased a furnace and an a/c. I always felt like I’m dealing with honest hardworking people. I wish all companies operated with the same standards as Air Authority!
