We are very pleased with Airtron. We participate in their service program and when anything goes wrong, we are covered and it's the best! Dillon Sullivan, our service technician, was out the other day for routine maintenance and was extremely thorough. It gives me such peace of mind knowing that everything looks good and is working properly. And if anything does go wrong, they're all over it!

Frank Huber was very knowledgeable, professional and most important engaging and open to answer any questions I had about my heating system. He also made me aware of the Homecare options and left me with a flyer for future reference.

It’s all a scam. Find anyone else. Our furnace wasn’t properly installed to begin with. I called for service and they sold us a service package. Trust that they won’t honor the package. Our furnace has been resetting since they came out and “serviced” it. I called tonight because the whole system is now down and they said maybe they could get someone out. The technician didn’t even put the cover back in the furnace. How’s that for not covering basics? After selling this great service package. What a joke. I was better off before they came. Waiting on a call from management. No apology offered, had to ask for it. What a joke.

From the phone call informing us that a technician was on their way and the expected time frame, to the courtesy and professionalism shown by Dillon. He answered my questions and concerns with ease and gave advice in a manner that was easy to understand. Excellent all round.

The emergency, next day service was the absolute best. Repairman, Mr. Dan Delaney knows his stuff, he is wonderful, kind and patient. He was relentless in getting the job done. So glad I choose Airtron and it’s amazing staff. Thank you
