Technician Michael C. was here for a service call today for our 3 year old Lennox heat pump with a clogged condensate drain. Did great work. Was very punctual and finished expediently.

Airtron installed two units in my home. They severely undersized one of my units and when I asked for load calcs, etc. they would not provide. I've had nothing but issues with this unit and getting a response out of them has been abysmal. I received repair/quotes from other companies to fix the work and they all point to a unit undersized by 1/2 ton plus improper duct work in attic. I get told they are in meetings and will respond later but never actually get a response. Don't seem to want to stand behind their work or product.

So here it is thing to do would be quality of work I’m sure it is phenomenal. However, the quality of the man behind the wheel in this specific vehicle must change.

I had a voicemail at 4:55 pm that someone would be at my home a little after 5PM. I called around 6PM and someone said they would notify the local office that my tech hadn't arrived. Then around 7:15 I called again because they were obviously going to stand me up. They sent the on call tech and he stated that refrigerant was needed. For the service fee and refrigerant the cost was $668. Read that again, $668. The tech told me they don't charge for refrigerant based on how much is needed, they charge a flat rate of $550. I was a victim of predatory pricing. I called another company the next day to see what they charged for refrigerant - and just what I expected. 1.5 pounds , which is what I had added, would have cost $150. There should be consumer protections to prevent this from happening, but for now I am just a victim of legal theft. "Greed" should be in their name.

After series of problems with newly installed AC, finally, the mechanic, Michael Carter at Atron came and found the problem and solved it. Excellent work and very professional.
