I’ve relied on Al’s Comfort Technologies for several years to keep my very old heat pump running, and when it was time to replace everything, I knew they’d take the very best care of me, as they always have. They are without question the most honest and fair in the business! Every single person in their crew is knowledgeable, kind and patient. All of their work is top notch and very professional. Everything was left cleaner than when they arrived both inside and out! They have a customer for life in me! I cannot recommend them enough!
I cannot say enough about Josh from Al’s Comfort technologies. After being told by another company that I needed a new $15,000 unit and that my motherboard was fried and after going without air conditioning for almost 2 days, I decided to give them a call since they were the sticker on my previous unit that has lasted well over 20 years. Josh showed up on time, was courteous, and put in a five dollar fuse that had my unit up and running in no time. I know a new HVAC system is in my near future and this is absolutely the company I will be calling!
Very impressed with ACT. Called Monday morning at 8am and they were out same day by 10am. Josh was awesome and helped explain the situation and what I needed. Thankfully we did not need a new unit and we were well taken care of!
Josh made a fantastic service call for AC maintenance at my home. He arrived on-time and was knowledgeable, efficient and thorough. It didn't take long to determine he's an expert. Great guy and great service.
Excellent hvac company When we were buying the house the inspection came up that the furnace had some rust and needed checked out. They were the only group that could have people out within the inspection time frame to take a look. Signed up for their twice a year checkups. Always on time and got it done quickly. As we started to tackle the problem of our second floor being too hot they were a huge help. Walked through the options, started small and worked our way up. Explained everything along the way and did not try to oversell. Resulted in a mini split being installed. Despite supply issues with some of the parts they stayed late to get to the mini split running. Came back and finished the job as soon as they were able. Excellent install for less then I thought it would be.
