I’ve relied on Al’s Comfort Technologies for several years to keep my very old heat pump running, and when it was time to replace everything, I knew they’d take the very best care of me, as they always have. They are without question the most honest and fair in the business! Every single person in their crew is knowledgeable, kind and patient. All of their work is top notch and very professional. Everything was left cleaner than when they arrived both inside and out! They have a customer for life in me! I cannot recommend them enough!
We had a great experience with Al's Comfort Technology. Our Furnace went out and the first company to check it out was a larger group with a good reputation online in Cincinnati. The short version of the story is they completely mis-diagnosed the issue as mechanical, trying to sell me a $13K new furnace and HVAC when my current one isn't very old. I felt that was extreme and chose to get another quote from Al's because the reviews said they don't jump right to "you need a new unit". From Al's we worked with Josh, he came in, quickly figured out the REAL issue was an electrical board which was a simple fix. He ordered the part and replaced it the next day for a few hundred dollars. He was fast, polite and most importantly honest. First recommendation from me would be do your research and if you are getting a few companies to quote furnace or HVAC work make sure Al's CT is one of them.
AL’s Comfort Technology helped me in a serious hot summer pinch. My home warranty company replaced my AC unit using another AC contractor and it went bad just over a year- that company didn’t stand behind their work unfortunately. However AL’s came out immediately as a rescue for my family in July and the part was on back order. AL’s came up with different options that were cost effective and sourced one out that no one had and had me up in running with ICE COLD AC within a day. What a blessing! They have my full trust and they truly have integrity not just to get the job done but stand behind their work and do it right.
I recently called for service on my two A/C units, and AL's Comfort Technologies responded promptly, sending out a technician the next day. Josh, the technician, was professional, courteous, and took the time to explain what he was going to do. He completed the troubleshooting and repair efficiently, and now my A/C is performing great! I’m very satisfied with the service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend AL's Comfort Technologies to others.
Highly recommend Al's! Needed to replace a ~20 year-old HVAC in a 3-story condo: heat pump, AC, thermostat, inside & outside units. Was a very cold day. 4 fellows worked 4+ hours. VERY thorough and detailed, cleaned up after the work was done. Fantastic job!
