We had them replace our windows in 2013. Due to the fact that we had drywall up, we could not see how poorly they installed the windows. The windows leaked in 2019 and then again in 2022. They agreed to take out the windows so the damage could be repaired and this is how they left our windows. Now I see why they leaked in the first place. They never insulated the windows and only wrapped them in seam tape, not to mention they did not fit. Attached photos show the windows not installed properly and when we had to pay another company to take them out and reinstall them correctly, you can see once the seam tape was removed you can straight outside. They refuse to take responsibility for the poor workmanship that lead to our windows leaking and resulting in 10's of thousand in damage to our home. Find a window company that understands the windows need insulated, wrapped in waterproof tape and then Tyvek wrapped over top of that to make sure you have waterproof windows. They clearly don't know what they are doing.
In response to their reply, installing the windows, whether they are new construction or replacements, you still have to make sure they are water tight which you did not do. The drywall has nothing to do with it because it bumps up to the window. There should be no gaps period. As I already told them, my husband and the water restoration company, never agreed with their assessment of the where the leaks were coming from. It was our word against theirs and this company was never going to admit to any wrong doing, but with the attached photos, you can clearly see how badly the windows are installed. They should be embarrassed.

I had windows installed. From start to finish, they were awesome! The quality of the windows is excellent. The sales rep Heather, was great and explained everything in detail. The work was done by Jeff, who was very professional and did a great job. I love my new windows. I smile everyime I look at them! :) And the price was almost unbelievable...less than half of the other guys. I have recommended them to everyone!

Very professional. They installed the windows in a timely manner. The crew was friendly and respectful. Even my dogs liked them and they really don't like anyone. When they left it was like no one was here. They cleaned everything up.

We had roof, windows, siding, fascia, soffit, gutters, shutters all replaced by this company. It was a large job but everything was smooth and top notch work. Salesman not pushy and listened to what I wanted/needed. Communication, timing, each crew, and professionalism was excellent. I am a perfectionist and detail oriented and everything was done to highest quality....done right. I would highly recommend this company! After and before.

From initial consultation to installation, this has been the best home improvement experience we have had. Communication was fantastic and the installation crew were all long time Weathertech employees who knew what they were doing. Our windows not only look great they are extremely high quality.
