AmeriPro roofing is a phenomenal company they take care of all their homeowners if someone is getting Interior leaks there very good at getting approved through insurance. Helping people get roof siding gutters Highly recommended I work at The Columbus site
Communication could have been better. I'd give 3.5 if it was an option. Lots of nails left behind in lawn/driveway. Good work, but communication and clean up could have been better.
Absolutely the worst company i have ever dealt with. Scott from this company come to house and we started a claim. Mid way through he stopped responding. Later i called my insurance company and they told me he said to them that i was not honest about my claim, when in fact he was the one who started the claim and spoke to the representative. This company is nothing but storm chasers. One minute they help you get the money and do cheap work and after that never pick up phone calls. I say stay away from this company. Plus, they are always over pricing/estimating. When local contractors (trustworthy) are reliable, not as expensive as this ameripro company, and will guarantee the work and pick up phone calls.
The process was very frustrating. Materials were delivered before the c!aim was approved, then picked up and redelivered two days after them claim was approved. It would have made more sense to wait it out as I suggested. The roofers worked quickly but I told them not to hang gutters because we planned to replace the fascia boards o ourselves. The following week, workers showed up unannounced and hung all the gutters. It took another two weeks to get them to remove the gutters. Instead of setting them on the ground, they propped them on our she'd and other unstable items. The wind blew them off and bent them. Once they were taken off, we noticed that they had nailed the gutter into the drip edges but they claimed that this was the proper way to do it. We started the process of removing the facia boards and that's when we noticed that while the roofers replaced some of the decking, they covered over several pieces of rotted and crumbling framing material that was necessary to attach the facia which would have been obvious when the rotted decking was removed. When we called to complain about this, we were told that they are roofers and not carpenters, so it was not their problem. when they finally did agree to send someone out to fix this, he didn't have the proper tools and therefore we ended up having to recut two of two boards in order for the fascia to lay flat. Overall, the roof passed inspection and is now acceptable. We just got tired of the hassle. Terrible communication within the company and promises were made by the salesman that never got communicated to the crew. Unless you have the time to babysit the crew each day, I do not recommend this company!
David Larson was the salesman who opened the claim with my insurance company. He promised a smooth process of replacing our roof, but as soon as my insurance estimate was lower than expected, he just dropped the case. Not a reliable company. Stay away.
