My two year old furnace stopped working the day before New Years. Another Heating and Cooling came out first thing Tuesday and diagnosed the issue. They were quick and knowledgeable. The part had to be ordered and came in late the next day. They came out first thing Thursday morning and replaced that part. It turned out that the part was made differently and required a new control board. The tech drove 45 minutes away to pick up the part, he then came back and installed it the same day. Their prices are fantastic and their communication is top notch. I met 2 techs both friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. If I have any Heating and Cooling problems in the future I will be calling them again.
I've been a loyal customer of Another Heating and Cooling for several years and have had both positive and negative experiences with their service, especially since the change in ownership. While their technical expertise and quality of work have been commendable in the past, their recent shift in customer service leaves much to be desired. In the past, I've had multiple positive encounters with Another Heating and Cooling. Their technicians were knowledgeable, efficient, and respectful, and I always felt confident in the services they provided. However, with the transition to new ownership, I've noticed a significant decline in their customer service responsiveness. Recently, I had a larger project that required their attention. Unfortunately, I faced disappointment in their customer service during this process. It took three frustrating phone calls just to get them to schedule an appointment to assess the project. This delay was inconvenient and did not align with the efficient service I had come to expect from them. To add to the frustration, the new ownership failed to provide a detailed estimate for the project. Transparent pricing and detailed estimates are crucial for customers to make informed decisions. Their lack of communication in this regard left me feeling uncertain about the overall cost and scope of the project, which is certainly not the experience I had grown accustomed to with this company. While I still have confidence in Another Heating and Cooling's technical abilities based on my previous interactions, their recent struggles with customer service and communication have cast a shadow over my overall impression. It's my hope that they address these issues and return to the level of service that initially earned my loyalty. Until then, I'm left with mixed feelings about recommending their services, especially for larger projects.
Such a great company! Used in November for new heat and got done extremely quickly so my son could have heat in 0° weather. Then just got brand new ac installed for summer and did not disappoint! Very nice and timely crew got it up and running in no time. Great pricing in this bad economy and very caring.Will recommend for everyone to use Another heating and air for all your needs!!
We woke up with no heat after having a springlike March day. I called and scheduled a maintenance / service call around 10:30am that morning and the lovely lady on the phone said they could have a tech there within the hour. 20 mins later I got a call saying the tech would be there in 10 mins. (Who do you call and get same day service within the hour?!) Anyway after arriving he tore our HVAC all apart, fixed the issue, cleaned everything and got the heat back on by noon that day Very respectful, hard working & patient. We will totally use this Another Heating & Air conditioning from now on.
