Cincinnati Heating and Air installed a new heating system for us including a heat pump since we’re all electric. I would highly recommend them. They worked with us on price and we felt like we were getting value for our money. They actually managed to install the furnace the day after I ordered. One to 3 installers were there working during the day. Everyone worked steadily and all were courteous. It was a very cold day and difficult conditions for the gentleman working outside on the new heat pump but he worked steadily to get it done. After they left the house wasn’t heating up very well so someone came back out in the evening. With an adjustment to the new thermostat the house heated right up. I’m happy with the new system.
I wouldn’t recommend. It was very, very cold outside and cold in our house and we needed our heating fixed as soon as possible because we have children and temperatures are in the single digits. At first, I was told he didn’t see anything wrong with it that everything was working, then he said there was a section of it that needed replaced and then I suddenly needed to replace an even bigger more expensive section. Not to mention trying to be sell me a brand new unit instead of just addressing the problem and trying to fix it. Then I was offered a quote that was extremely high. I called another company who came out and said that if that was what the issue was then he could do it for $500 cheaper than what they could. But he wanted to look at it himself in case that’s not even what the problem was. Once he came and looked at it, he fixed it within 20 minutes. Turns out I didn’t need the whole entire section that they were trying to sell me and he only charged less than a quarter of what they wanted. They were fast to come out and said they would be fast to repair it, but they are extremely overpriced and quite frankly, I felt they were dishonest about what I NEEDED to get it fixed. If you don’t care about paying too much money for some thing, then I recommend them if you want to overpay and get it done quick. But if you want someone honest and affordable, this is not the place to go.
I was very happy with my Matiance service today with Austin. He is very customer service oriented. He answers all my questions about my air conditioning and furnace. He is willing to go above and beyond for his customers. I am very happy with there service.
Zach showed up earlier than promised and fixed my heat very quickly. Answered my questions and was very professional. I'm going to sign up for their preventative maintenance plan. Satisfied customer.
Anyweather serviced my HVAC and did a great job. They friendly, courteous and efficient. They did such a good job I enrolled in their yearly maintenance. Very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them.
