I had a drained that was clogged .I called they sent someone out that day . Which I was very thankful for . However after the drain was paid and over and even in between times he would try to talk to me about Apollo Home warranty. It went on for hours like 3-4 .i had a furnace put in the same day by a different company we’ve dealt with for years. But the Apollo guy insisted on sitting down numerous times at my kitchen table to sell me on his product . When I’d said NO numerous times!!! Beware out there my friends they’re all over. In a pinch we did . But would love to find someone local reasonable and honest not selling me a home warranty. Work was good I just didn’t like he was looking over every single electric and gas appliance I had trying to find something wrong. That’s what made me mad . And the home warranty.

We had great experience with both Ryan who let us know we a situation with our furnace that was real problem health wise and he was able to target the issue quickly and then Jeff came even though he had just finished his shift he came to our rescue and brought us heaters to keep its warm until we had a new system installed. Jeff explained everything clearly and helped us make the right decision for our home.

New furnace/ac installation went great. Had a misunderstanding on a service call later but they gave a discount. So far seems like a legitimate business

**BUYER/CONSUMER BEWARE**
I contacted Apollo home heating and air-conditioning company to come out and do a standard yearly maintenance check of my AC unit.
It is to be noted that my unit is working perfectly fine when the technician arrived. No issues whatsoever other than the standard yearly check.
This technician came to my home and allegedly found eight issues wrong with my AC unit. Everything from the blower motor to the evaporator coil. He was adamant on stressing that my AC unit was in such bad condition that it needed to be replaced.
I did not believe this individual for one second because I have my unit serviced yearly and no one has told me that anything was ever wrong or malfunctioning. He stated that my AC cost to be replaced would be roughly $3,200.
I decided to have a second company come to my home for another opinion concerning my AC unit. This company was; Fast Response Heating and Cooling. This technician did a thorough check and evaluation of my AC unit and found absolutely NOTHING WRONG with my AC unit or its performance. He stated that my unit was in good shape.
A word of advice for all consumers. Always get a second opinion of anyone coming to your home that state extreme problems with any appliance. Especially an appliance that has never had any issues.
I would’ve been out of $3,200 dollars if I’d listened to this technician.
Anyone reading this review and are considering using or calling APOLLO for services you may want to rethink your decision. People work too hard today and are struggling to make ends meet to have a company try and scam you out of your hard earned money. BEWARE OF APOLLO!!

Apollo was prompt to come out and the repair tech was very nice. He diagnosed my non functioning AC unit and determined that I needed a new fan motor and a new disconnect box. He provided a quote of over $1500. I felt this was expensive and quickly googled the average estimated cost to repair, which was around $500. I pointed this out and he said Apollo was generally more expensive but offered top quality and service. I felt like I was being taken advantage of so I declined the repair and paid the $79 trip fee. I picked up both of the parts I needed locally for just over $100 and made the repair myself in about 2 hours. Never made these repairs before, but with google/YouTube it was pretty easy. I have no problem paying for service and the overhead associated with the cost of running a business, but this was extremely out of the ball park. Unless it is an emergency and you can’t find anyone else, my opinion is that you should look for another AC repair company.
