Apollo Home who just replaced our home AC was fabulous. We called yesterday, they came out same day, and today we have our new AC i stalled and now cooling our house!! Other companies that came out for a quote couldn't do the job for over a week!! Michael was very professional, knowledgeable and informative. Rate ***** 5 stars!!
We have nothing but praise for the Apollo team that bailed us out of a very bad situation. Within days of turning our home to new Byars the air conditioning went out. Do you know we had was an older unit that required the old R2 two refrigerant. Shopping around we could find very few that had the refrigerant, but we also needed a compressor to go with it. We spent days trying to find a reputable company to fix our unit. It was determined that it could not be fixed without severe expenses. However, we placed a call to Apollo within less than two hours. They were on site giving us an estimate and we contracted with them , two hours later and the next morning they were here 7 o’clock in the morning starting to replace our unit. Through the whole process, everyone we dealt with from Apollo did an outstanding job, they were very professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. Mike S did an outstanding job , coordinating the project and the teams effort. They met the competitors price but provided installation so quickly, which made the difference. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a professional and reputable provider.
We've worked with Apollo twice and both service techs have been outstanding. Rusty worked with us to get the price to a manageable point for a bigger project and answered a ton of questions along the way. Anthony was not only professional and thorough but was also a great conversationalist and brought joy to our day. Great team all around.
I am so very appreciative for the excellent job Joey did with replacing my old ceiling fan. He was very efficient, went over everything with me as to how the new fan works and very considerate to respect my home. I also appreciate the way he handled my very large dog … this means a lot to me. I will definitely be using Apollo Home and highly recommend them and Joey!!! Thank you!
Great company! Josh was amazing very knowledgeable. I have used this company before and every time has been great! Josh walked me through the step by step process and was so kind. I suggest signing up for the annual membership!! We put a sign out in the yard as well, because they are so great! I will continue to use this company for everything. Josh also added that the company is great to work for and they treat everyone so good! I’m so happy we found Apollo Home. Thank you and thank you Josh you were great! Now my bathroom sink drains!!!!
