Working with Arlinghaus and Scott was a wonderful experience. They run a very professional operation. I called on a Monday morning for a water heater replacement, they arrived to quote the job later that day, and the water heater was installed on Friday. To top it off, I live an hour from their shop! Everyone I dealt with was friendly, honest, and professional. I would absolutely recommend Arlinghaus and plan on using them again for future projects.
The crew that fixed our water main today was nothing short of exceptional! Personally I was devastated that I’d have to end the year early on my lawn management expectations but it had to be done. The crew did what they could to be minimally invasive considering the task at hand. Jake Hinds was polite and came out quick for a quote. Austin Hall and his crew today got everything fixed up. Happy to be back to normal. If you’re considering Arlinghaus, you can proceed with confidence.
We have had an great experience with this company with the many times using them thus far. We had new furnace air conditioner, and hot water tank installed within the last month and is very satisfied with their service. We look forward to continue working with them in the future.
I was able to make an appointment online at night and the whole crew was out the next day to resolve my issue (plumbing related). Everyone was super professional, explained what was going on, and was very respectful when they had questions for me. Will definitely keep Arlinghaus as a go to for plumbing issues going forward. Scott, Austin, and the apprentice Austin had with him (I didn’t write down his name, unfortunately) were so great to me and made the whole experience stress free.
Update: Your company is in no way professional or courteous. The problems I experienced were because of poor planning, poor training, and poor customer service. Edit: Heather and Brian, I did and they fell on deaf ears for weeks. The thermostat was wired wrong, the electrical should have failed inspection but I got it through, and I got mostly lies a from the time your sales team showed up. They left debris and the install was IN NO WAY professional. All I needed to hear from your team was that this was not your normal level work of quality but they defended themselves each step of the way. I see now that several others are having issues, so I accept responsibility for calling your company. FYI, I’ll be dumping the unit your team stole parts from on your doorstep. You should call me directly if that’s not ideal, but I’m over your Washington Nationals level of operation. Original: Avoid at all costs
