Great experience all the way around. Everyone I dealt with was very courteous and professional. Garrett and his installation team were friendly and arrived on time. They completed the work and cleaned up all the debris, then made sure that I was happy with everything they did. I would definitely recommend Arlinghaus to anyone looking to have their HVAC system serviced or replaced.
Initially contacted Arlinghaus via email and received a call back within a few hours. An appointment was scheduled for just a few days away. The first technician was excellent at listening to my requests for a quote on a humidifier and smart thermostat. Within 45 minutes, he explained my options for both and I made my selections. The price quoted was very fair and I agreed to proceed. I expected it would be a week or two before they could do the installation but they were able to get it done later that day! The installation tech was also superb in every way. Couldn’t be happier with the process or end result, from start to finish. Couldn’t be happier.
Kevin did an absolutely amazing job, identifying and resolving my issue with a warranty product replacement! Kevin is extremely kind and polite and very thorough in his work, and helped me understand the whole process. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received today and look forward to working with Kevin in the future!
The install duo team consisting of Jacob and Lane from Arlinghaus Plumbing Heating & AC are beyond compare. The amazing technician Reba did the initial evaluation and Jacob & Lane installed our new complete Heating and Air system. Sam Benner was our knowledgeable sales person. We could not be more impressed, pleased or satisfied with everyone we have dealt with at Arlinghaus. They are the ones to turn to in our opinion. 09/24/2024 Another great experience with Arlinghaus. Maurice came out to give us a quote on getting a new kitchen faucet & disposal. He was professional, personable, informative and went above what I expected on service. Can't wait for him to do the install on Thursday.
