We had to replace our whole HVAC system, ductwork, floor, and subfloor. It's that time of year where Kentucky is in Satan's armpit, so it was terrible timing but very much needed. They were supposed to be there for three days, but finished ALL of the work in only two days—I was impressed! All techs were professional (I got to see the progress when I stopped home for lunch) and when I got home, it was like they were never there. The only complaint I have is that I didn't understand my floor vent registers were being replaced with the ductwork (we just moved here and I purchased all new registers).... However, the service was fantastic and our equipment works great.
The install duo team consisting of Jacob and Lane from Arlinghaus Plumbing Heating & AC are beyond compare. The amazing technician Reba did the initial evaluation and Jacob & Lane installed our new complete Heating and Air system. Sam Benner was our knowledgeable sales person. We could not be more impressed, pleased or satisfied with everyone we have dealt with at Arlinghaus. They are the ones to turn to in our opinion.
Our experience with Arlinghaus started back in May when we needed to replace one our systems. Jason came out and provided options for replacement and gave us all the information we needed to make the right decision. Garrett came out the next day and did an amazing job with our installation. We hoped the other system would make it another year or two but unfortunately it went down as well. Right away we reached out to Jason to get options for replacement. He was even able to get Garrett back out for our second install! Along with new systems we also had Isaac out to replace both of our electrical panels. We will be recommending Arlinghaus to all of our friends and families, the Arlinghaus employees have been nothing but professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable throughout this process! No bunny is better than Jason and all of the techs and installers, their employees are what will keep us coming back to them for any future needs.
On time, knowledge of business, able to answer questions, professional, very thorough in gathering information. I liked him. I did my homework and I had 4 estimates elsewhere but not comfortable with their business. This company guaranteed a solid price. I went with them. I heard great things about them. This was my first experience using Arlinghaus and I was glad I chose them. The service technician, Darion Washington, did a fantastic job of evaluating what I needed, answering my questions and providing a clear and concise estimate. The installation team did a great job and left my house better than how they found it. They got the job done in the time they promised. All in all I was very pleased in going with Arlinghaus to replace my hot water heater.
