Avsten Construction assisted us with filing an insurance claim for wind damage to our roof. They were professional and responsive throughout the whole process, was able to get our claim approved and installed a new roof all within about five weeks. Every Avsten Construction employee that we came in contact with, from the sales representative, to the claims coordinator, to the project scheduler to the roofers were wonderful to work with and kept us informed throughout the entire process. We love our new roof and would highly recommend Avsten Construction for your roofing and construction needs! Thank you Doug, Ian, Nikki, Erin and the roofing team (I hope I didn't leave anyone out) for providing excellent customer service and work!

Avsten Roofing and Construction is the best company I have ever worked with. Loved the presentation...was very in depth about the materials that were being used, how the materials were going to be applied and where. The installation crew was amazing! Their work ethics, dedication and chemistry was above and beyond. It was the most perfect roof installation I have ever seen. Cleanup was fantastic ....a lot of time was invested and came out spotless as if no one was ever there! It was a pleasure to work with Avsten and I look forward to working with the company on more projects in the future! Only thing I would change is I would give them not only a five star, but a ten star plus rating.

We had storm damage to our roof & called Avsten, they came out right away to assess the damage & explained the process clearly. The team handled everything professionally & quickly through our insurance every step of the way. We could not be more thrilled with the quality of work that was done & absolutely love our new roof. We will definitely be using Avsten in the near future for updates & repairs we want to do to our house.

What a great company to work with! We had high winds in our area and I had found some shingles that had blown off. Avsten was in the area and had stopped by to ask if I would be interested in them inspecting my roof. They had found my damage and filled me in on how to make a claim to my insurance. My insurance came out to inspect and found that my roof needed to be replaced. I chose Avsten to take care of it. Their staff was fantastic! We met to go over the estimate. They gave me a start date and the process began. I was overly impressed with everyone I delt with from Avsten. Very professional and assured me that my roof would be taken care of. The crew that installed the new shingles was great! They made sure the job site was cared for. No nails or debris was left behind. I am a person who pays attention to detail and I was impressed with the details the crew performed. The staff at the office handled any questions that I had. Overall experience was excellent!! I would recommend this company to anyone I know to handle their roof.

There was a big branch that fell on our roof from this dead tree right next door and I had no idea what to do to get it fixed. One of my buddies in general contracting recommended these guys. They were incredibly helpful in outlining the process and helping me understand what all needed to be done. They were budget friendly and a pleasure to work with! 10/10 recommend Casey Parker with Avsten Roofing
