This is a premature review. They have not done any work yet, but they have been very positive to deal with so far. The sales rep was Jason and he was extremely prompt doing the inspection, took photos and dealt with the insurance company to get the job approved. He was great at communicating with me each step of the way. The materials were delivered today and the work is being done tomorrow so will update the review once it is completed. UPDATE: The roof has been completed and everything was outstanding. Starting with Jason and Austin guiding me through the claim process and dealing with my insurance. They were on top of everything from start to finish. The communication between them, the adjuster and myself was great. I knew what was going on the whole time. The job was done on time and the installers and supply company were easy to work with and were willing to account for my schedule. The workmanship was outstanding and done in less than a day. I highly recommend Avsten Construction.
I am running a little behind with my review from my August installation but here it is. Avsten Roofing & Construction did an awesome job on the installation of my new roof. They were professionals from beginning to end. The initial contact with Jason Hignite and follow through was perfection! Even the clean-up was great. I've had roofs installed in the past and none went as well and smooth as this one did with Avsten. If you are looking for a great looking roof from true professionals I would highly recommend Avsten Roofing & Construction.
Avsten was great to work with start to finish! Jason and Austin helped us tremendously and we couldn’t thank them enough for explaining the whole process. Hannah and Erin in the office are wonderful and everyone is easy to talk to and very easy to get ahold of. We’d recommend them to anyone. Everyone that did work here interior and exterior all were respectful to my property and cleaned up well. Thank you to all.
It's been a couple of months since Avsten did an amazing job putting a new roof on my house. I had some wind damage from a storm earlier this year in the spring, and I didn't realize how bad it was until Jason gave me a free inspection. He did an amazing job from start to finish and helped me work with my insurance company to get the entire roof covered. The day Avsten put my roof on, I could not believe how fast and professional the crew was. They arrived at 7am., had my entire roof torn off by noon, and the new roof on before 5. The work they did was top-notch, with no corners cut. Before leaving, they did several sweeps around my yard and driveway, picking up every last nail and shingle. I truly could not be happier with the job they did, and in particular with Jason's help and guidance throughout the entire process.
The Avsten crew did amazing work. Jason and Cooper dealt kindly with my insurance rep and explained the process in great detail as it was happening. The came to my house for meetings on my work schedule and answered all my questions without making a peep about how many I asked. I’m doing more business with them now! When a hail storm hit, it knocked the gutters off so they’re coming out to help me put them back right and tie them into the roof.
