Our hot water tank finally died, Best sent someone out ASAP. Leon, Technician, was a wonderful to work with to get everything back to normal. Leon was extremely knowledgeable of both what options might suite our needs but also very observant on how best re-route and 'clean-up' existing plumbing. In the end, Leon left us with a high functioning system, a better routed plumbing system with proper shut-offs and most importantly ease of mind. Leon, from the first knock on the door, was meticulous on safety and maintaining clean environment upon final departure. Not only would I recommend Best Plumbing, but I'd request Leon - even if you can wait to fit in his schedule. I already have him penciled in to repair other aging faucets and valves.
My water heater finally went out the next day Austin and Travor came over and gave me some options on the best one to get for my family. We’ve been using BEST for our plumbing services for many years now. They’re great. Today, Leon finished up installing our new tankless water heater. Not only that, he was able to replace the gas line from the main outside our house. What a great skill he has. I appreciated the time he took to explain our options with zero pressure to “buy” anything. I can tell he’s excited for the company’s move to Basset and the additional services they’ll be able to provide. I highly recommend BEST/Basset and Leon, and Zach, too.
Kyle came out to take a look at our utility drain. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He provided me with a list of options and the pros and cons of each. With the next day appointment and knowledge/professionalism provided by Kyle, we will definitely use BEST again for future needs.
I woke up this morning to a busted water heater and water everywhere! I called 4 places to get quotes and Basset was not the cheapest but definitely very competitive. Cody and his coworker were very professional, efficient, and accommodated a same day service. I will definitely have them on my contact list for future plumbing repairs. Very satisfied!
