We called for an estimate on our heat pump - which ended up needing to be completely replaced. The technician rushed through explaining things to me, used "industry speak", and tried to sell me on multiple types of packages. He quoted me $20,000 for a new heat pump system. I was appalled. He tried to get me to give my credit card and sign up for the payment plan before I even made a decision. When we called around for other estimates, the other companies were astounded that was the price they quoted. We ended up getting our new heat pump system from another well known local business for $7,800. Watch out for price gauging.

Jeremy was very friendly, straightforward and thorough in checking on our issues and explained what needed to be done very clearly. He also provided us with 3 possible options for the repair. Excellent, personable service from a very knowledgeable technician. This is the first time we've worked with your company, and we are confident we made the right choice. I will add that Steven and Austin started the job today. They arrived on time, explained what they were going to accomplish and did that in far less time than expected. We were especially impressed by their friendly demeanor and thorough explanations, as well as their willingness to listen to and accommodate what we want. They finished the job well, and Steve came back out today to add some finishing runways. The company responded quickly and Steve was awesome from start to finish.

Their process was great. Our technician Ricky M. was polite and courteous. We thought we needed a new garbage disposal and he reset it and unlocked it and now ita working great. We did have a leak on the other side of the sink due to an old trap and he fixed it during the visit. Now no leaks and everything was done. Appreciate techs like Ricky that go above and beyond. Impressed by the service and price. Well done Basset’s and Ricky! Our new plumber now.

Dylan, Cody & Trevor did a great job with their assessment and explaining our options with our backed up main drain. They just completed our drainage replacement today- quick & great communication all around. They're professional and made sure the job was done right- couldn't be happier with Bassett. Follow up: there was a small additional area of the drain that was still blocked after we had a partial drain replacement. They came out the same day to flush the system- wonderful service & communication all around! We will definitely be using Bassett for any future plumbing, electrical or HVAC needs. Thank you!

My water heater finally went out the next day Austin and Travor came over and gave me some options on the best one to get for my family. I'm happy with the service that I have received they did a great job on the install. They did it right like it's supposed to be would recommend them to any one thanks again best plumbing
