Bassett Services was amazing! Truly…I have had plumbing issues for several years and I finally got a team of expert and honest craftsmen to help replace my inside and outside faucet issues. Dylan was extremely knowledgable, courteous and worked tirelessly to finish two faucet replacements in record time, while also helping with my hard-water issues. I will use only Bassett for my plumbing needs from now on. Love them!!

Alex and Dylan came out promptly, both were friendly and professional. They gave me a no pressure honest assessment of my sewer drain with multiple options. They walked me through their assessment while scoping the drain to help me understand what they saw and what issues I had. Dylan encouraged me to check with other competitors to compare quotes but gave us a very competitive quote already.
