I am so glad I switched from Apollo to Better Choice (BC)! Lamont was friendly, thorough, and professional. Best of all, BC was prompt, on time, and didn't cancel on me, as Apollo is prone to do, repeatedly, until I came to my senses and went with a company that cares. Be careful Cottonwoods, as this is only 14 months of buildup!

The pricing was very competitive, but their exceptional service would have offset additional costs had there been any. This is a great local company to work with from start to finish! Back in the spring, we called them to service our very old AC. Stu was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and honest about how long we could expect it to last, which ended up being almost one more season (exactly what he said). During the service he suggested we have a new system quoted out. He got a hold of Mike, who came out just a few hours later. He laid out all the info with his recommendation without any sort of sales pressure, which cannot be said for some of the larger companies we called. We ultimately decided to wait. Once our AC kicked it this week, I got back in touch with Mike, who again replied immediately, and honored the original quote. Better Choice was the most affordable option we got by far and they were able to get us very quickly. Phil, Mike (2), and the rest of the install crew were right on time, very friendly and careful to keep the back gate closed for our dogs. Everything was cleaned well when they left, and the system is working great! If you're looking for a responsive, honest and affordable option for HVAC, Better Choice is the go to!
Nathan came out to do yearly maintenance on my a/c unit. He was friendly and took his time making sure everything was working properly. He did not feel like it was cooling enough so he came back a day later to check the unit for leaks and added more Freon to the unit. He was very professional and I felt he was doing everything he could to make sure our unit was working as well as possible. Thank you
Excellent response time. Replaced Condenser fan in AC unit in a few hours. Reasonable rates. Friendly and knowledgeable people! Will definitely use them again and pass along as a reference to use to everyone I know. Thanks for getting our AC working again!
