I am so glad I switched from Apollo to Better Choice (BC)! Lamont was friendly, thorough, and professional. Best of all, BC was prompt, on time, and didn't cancel on me, as Apollo is prone to do, repeatedly, until I came to my senses and went with a company that cares. Be careful Cottonwoods, as this is only 14 months of buildup!

Our technician Phil and his assistant was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. They adjusted our blower motor that other technicians in the past have not been able to detect a low flow issue. They completed a fall/winter service with Great results. Thank you Better Choice team!

When you choose Better Choice you are making the right choice. The owner and employees are extremely professional. My husband and I are thankful to have Lehman and Jason take care of our needs. They are honest, dependable and responsible. We have used Better Choice since the late 1990’s and the new owner has carried the legacy forward being the best, putting their clients first and exceeding our expectations.

I had a great experience today. They came out to provide a quote for a new HVAC system, and the process was quick and professional. The Mike, the technician was knowledgeable and took the time to explain all of my options clearly. I really appreciate the transparency throughout the entire process. Highly recommend them for anyone in need of HVAC services!

I have still not received the refund on the monthly payments I made in 2024. I was rescheduled three times for a simple furnace tune up. Please contact me to resolve. Technicians were great. No complaints on them.
