Brandon came to check my a/c and was courteous and professional. While in my home I had a personal emergency and he quickly called Nicole who came to help. I cannot express how grateful I am that they were able to help me. They are awesome.

AC went out on a hot day and we called Bob’s to check it out and repair. I was told Bob is a state of the art repairman and he wouldn’t try to sell us a whole new unit unless he knew he exhausted all of his options. Bob himself came to check it out and it turned out it was one tiny part that no longer worked. Had a replacement in the van and Bob had the AC back up and running within 30 minutes that he got to our house. Love to support local and we know that our systems are in safe hands when we call Bob’s. Cannot recommend this business enough!

The motor blew on our unit yesterday morning. When we called the woman who answered was knowledgeable and helpful. Our service repair man, Phillip came out right on time. He took out the motor quickly, and diagnosed the issues. He had to return the next day with the part and final repair. It was prompt. He was on time. The repair was done quickly and he gave us a lot of advice and tips on cooling our home and taking care of our unit. Things we never thought of. The cost was very reasonable for parts and labor. It was nice to work with a company that did not go for the high dollar sell, like replacing the entire unit when it was unnecessary, which has happened to several friends of mine. We will begin scheduling yearly check up with Bob's and when the time comes to actually replace it is good to know we have a trustworthy business to turn to!

Scheduled an appointment at 4pm. No call No show. I had cancelled another appointment with another company because I was confident I would be going with Bobs. Now I have to wait another day with no AC due their lack of professionalism and courtesy.
Update: I did receive a sincere apology from Bob’s Heating and Air. I understand things can happen and appreciate that they at least reached out and offered an explanation of what happened. I do not wish any harm to any privately owned company due to an honest mistake. I will give them the benefit of the doubt based on their rating and may even give them an opportunity in the future.
