Amazing company!! The office manager was so polite and educated when I spoke with her. She got someone out to me very quickly. The plumbers that came out to my house were so kind & as a young woman that doesn’t know anything about the industry i really appreciate the fact that they gave me what I needed and didn’t try to sell me on anything i didn’t need. GREAT people!!! Will definitely continue to do business with them.
The plumber sent out did not do a good job, the outdoor faucet he installed leaked immediately after he left when pressure was put on the line. I called them and got a voicemail. They never called back and a few weeks later I got a very nasty letter saying I needed to pay my bill on time. I called them up and explained that I called them again twice to repair the bad work that was done before I would pay the bill and that I had left them multiple messages. They scheduled again to come out and redo the repair. I hadn’t trusted his work since then and barely ever use this faucet now. Second time using it in 10 months and it bursts inside my basement causing water damage. I text the number they say to text and after following up with the text after 30 minutes (saw they read it after 5 minutes) I get a series of nasty text messages saying they won’t come fix it because they aren’t 24 hours and won’t pay for another plumber. Meanwhile I have no water, I can’t run my business, and have to find a real plumber to come fix this. Don’t use this business, that doesn’t stand behind their work and has poor craftsmanship! Michelle is who I am assuming responds to the text messages and has been rude in every communication.
Outstanding service. Wonderful staff helped me schedule easily on the phone. They got to my house and were very polite and got to work. Everything went great. Thank you for going above and beyond with helping my family with repairing our water heater.

Plumber reversed my hot and cold side of my shower and charged me for another service call to put it back the correct way. I will never use this company again.
