We recently had a small roof leak that caused some significant mold and water damage to our home. Bryan was very responsive to both phone calls and texts. He came out very quickly and found the source of the leak and repaired it and then later when I was having the water damage cleaned up, another spot was discovered and he very promptly came out and tarped the roof to protect from further damage. His prices were always fair and reasonable and he seemed very knowledgable and experienced. I would highly recommend him.
When Bryan inspected my roof and made a few requested repairs, there was no pressure from him to replace my roof, even though I knew it was needed. When replacement time did arrive, Bryan made money saving, practical and esthetic suggestions to this novice. Beyond the contract, he made several extra repairs that he knew were needed and that I could not see. The installers were knowledgeable, efficient, polite and on time. From beginning discussion to final cleanup, I have been extremely satisfied with my decision to choose Bryan Addis to replace my roof.
We contacted Bryan when we had roofing issues come up on an inspection report while selling our house. He had replaced a roof for us on a previous home so we knew exactly who to call this time! Bryan was very quick to respond to us. Bryan got to us promptly, found our issue and fixed it for us inexpensively. He is friendly, professional and efficient! Update from two years later: Had a huge windstorm come through and I lost a section of ridge vent. I called Bryan and he immediately came out and fixed it and took amazing care of me. He is a real professional who take incredible pride in his work and I trust him totally. From beginning to end, my experience with Bryan Addis Roofing was excellent. Bryan's communication throughout the process was great. He showed up on-time for our initial meeting and was polite and professional. When inspecting my roof he noticed that the rubber boots that seal my plumbing vents were totally rotted away and certainly causing leaks. Bryan immediately put some new temporary boots to prevent further damage. He did this without any charge or obligation to use his company. Bryan's work crew were great! These guys worked quickly and cleanly and did a fantastically high quality job. I highly recommend Bryan Addis Roofing!
Bryan Addis did a great job repairing our roof. He was able to come out the same day we called him and did a very thorough job. Definitely will use Addis Roofing again and would highly recommend.
