Bryant used to be my go-to for anything hvac. I've had them replace entire systems on multiple properties and became very loyal. Last week, the day after listing one of my properties, I realized that the furnace and thermostat had no power. I called Bryant. Tech is there within a few hours. He Confirms that the unit is getting no power and begins to test wires/contacts until the unit magically came back on. He concludes that it was a loose connection and says that they'll email an invoice for the $80 service call. This is after 5pm on Friday 11/22. Fast forward to Monday 11/25 and I discover the same thing. Furnace and thermostat have no power and it's about 50° inside the house. First thing Tuesday morning I call to ask for the tech to come back out. Jade ,the lady who answered, says that she "can't schedule anything until I pay the outstanding balance from November". I laughed and said that it had only been 4 days, the problem wasn't resolved and I hadn't even received the invoice yet. She then proceeds to get attitude with me and telling me that the invoice was sent and that I needed to pay it. She seemed very focused on implying that I was trying to skip out on an $80 service call charge... while I'm requesting them to come out and do further repairs that could possibly be a few hundred dollars. All this after I've bought multiple furnaces from them over the past 5-6 years. Now, they're not even going to get their $80 because I still haven't received an invoice for the wasted service call. And I'll never call Bryant again.

Hi First of all, I was so excited when the technician came to my house to check the AC Unit. He then told me that the capacitor is not working and will take a few seconds to replace it. Then he said the part will cost me $316 and $80 for showing up. He replaced the part collect the money and the leave. I find out after about 1 hour that the problem is not fixed. When call back, he came again and test my freon. So he find out that the system was overfilled by a different company. A capacitor cost around $50 to $70, and he changed me $316 for only a few seconds. This is ripoff by Bryant. When I called the costumer service to complain about it , she simply hangup me after I paid them $392 for not fixing my AC Unit getting too hot. I am really disappointed by the service and also the representative who hangup on me during conversations and never called me back. That's not how you do business Bryant.

Had a tech come out to do a routine check & they messed with my 20+ year old unit that was running STRONG & told me my compressor was failing.. quoted me 8k+ for new unit. Had another hvac tech come out that was a friend and they fixed the untrustworthy techs wrongdoings for less than 1k.

I was out of town and had them come check out my rental property AC ahead of a heat wave a d thought he could cheat us. Tech diagnosed a capacitor and and connectors as needing to be replaced and attempted to bill me $314 dollars for EACH part. Note that these parts are under 30 bucks each. I got a 2nd opinion and only the connector was broken, and was replaced for 140 bucks. The tech also quoted me $7.5k for a replacement AC which I am about to replace for $3K. In summary, use them at your own risk.

THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD, CUSTOMERS BEWARE… Yesterday was my appt with their tech to come and do just summer maintenance since my 6 year old HVCA unit was running perfectly well. The appt is from 12-3, he calls at 3 and says he’ll be in my house in 4 mins. I was waiting for him and finally he rings the bell and this rude guy (doesn’t introduce himself) tells me the capacitor is not working. I was taken aback wondering how he knew that, and he told me he already checked the unit. That is a big no no, how can I be sure he didn’t switch the capacitor or tampered with my unit. I normally watch what this guys are doing to make sure nothing nefarious takes place. So I told him I’m going to call the office and he said he is leaving. He really acted dubious which aroused my suspicion that he did tamper with my unit, since just before he came my unit was running perfectly fine and all i need is maintainance. I called up the office and talked to a manager named Anisa and she said she will send somebody else to look over my system and performed the maintenance free. A tech named Daily came the next day to test the capacitor and affirmed what the previous guy was saying and it would cost me $400 to change the capacitor. He goes to his truck and the supposedly new capacitor came in an old , stained and with cobwebs box . I asked him if those are new and he assured me they are but offered to pick a new one over at a store in Sharonville. While he was out, I started checking out the price of a similar capacitor and they range from $15-39. I called other HVAC company and found out that the price to install a new capacitor is $120-250. So agree with the previous review, this company is a FRAUD, and I really regret having them come to my house, my AC unit was running fine until this guy came and tampered with it. So customers BEWARE Follow-up: I called the company that installed the HVAC unit and was informed that the capacitor installed was the same as the unit brand which was Trane, but the rusted capacitor found in the unit is a Genteq… go figure…
