Our system kept loosing Pureon, so we finally decided to purchase Bryant’s best AC/Heating system. We are truly very pleased with our purchase so far and would like to thank their Team leader, Theo for going above and beyond climbing through our attic on a very hot day to make sure the new line set was installed properly. Also, thanks to his team members, Troy and of course don’t forget Bailey who helped to keep the old system running. The best system is so quiet and it keeps the house so cool. Would highly recommend this system.
The Technician was great but the price was terrible. $376 to install a $25 Capacitor. Less than 5 minutes and job is complete. I understand that I am paying for "knowledge" but good grief, next time I am going to think twice before calling your company for service... which is sad because I have had good service from you all in the past.

Last night, I was cooking in my air fryer and blew out half off the power to my house. It was not a tripped breaker and I googled electricians and Bryant was what first came up that was open. I called and spoke to an extremely nice and helpful woman (I don't remember her name!) answered some of my frantic questions and concerns and got me all set up for someone to come out this afternoon. Ken came out to service our house today. He called me giving me a heads up when he was 45 minutes out (and he was a little early!!) which was fantastic. He was pleasant, helpful, and extremely professional. He answered all of the questions I had that did and did not pertain to the specific issue at hand. He was patient. Luckily we had a somewhat easy issue that we didn't originally know about and he was able to rework the pricing to knock me down a tier. I am incredibly appreciative and HIGHLY recommend using this company. Thank you again to Ken and the lovely woman who spoke to me at 8:30 last night.
I've used Bryant for a few years now after being less-than-pleased with other contractors in the area. Sometimes I have the same tech (hi Tim!) for my maintenance needs, sometimes it's someone new -- but they've always been kind and helpful without attempting to upsell me, which is refreshing. They are happy to answer questions and even go above and beyond (like telling me what a damper is, then opening it and thereby solving a 30-year-old issue...)!
