Ray was very professional during the inspection of our skylights, very respectful and gave us his full attention and time. He gave us a good deal on replacing 2 of them 🙌🏽 the finished product came out flawless! I would definitely recommend to any of my friends and family!
I chose Choice 1 because they had done work for me in the past and I was very satisfied with it. After the Memorial Day tornadoes, my house sustained damage to the roof and siding. My insurance company did a very superficial inspection and offered a dismal estimate that wouldn't even cover the roof damage. I called 3 different contractors for estimates, including Choice 1. Choice 1 was the ONLY contractor who offered to do a re-inspection walkaround with the insurance company rep. Ray, the CEO of Choice 1, pointed out the actual damage to the insurance guy, and they came up with a much more realistic estimate. Ray agreed to work within the estimate, and helped with all the paperwork necessary to satisfy my insurance and mortgage companies. The work was completed in a reasonable length of time, and they matched the unusual color of my siding perfectly. Both the work and the clean-up were thorough. The workmen were very agreeable. Ray personally did follow-up checks to make sure everything was done as it should be and that no debris was left behind. I can't say enough good things about this contractor. I would definitely recommend Choice 1 for any roofing/siding/gutter jobs.
Ray is prompt, exceptionally competent, and more than reasonable on price. He diagnosed my bad gutter hanger problem in about 2 minutes and got after it in 38 degree weather on the third level of the house. Knocked the job out in no time. Impressive. Call him.
