Great job by Nick. Office Staff friendly and helpful.
Found problem, fixed it, tested system, gave recommendation for continued use, and was a really nice guy.
100% recommend.

My parents furnace went out and they had no heat! With it being winter it couldn't have happened at a worse time! I knew what was wrong with it but I couldn't get the part I needed by the next day. Thank God Chuck's was opened on Saturday and had the part we needed. The guy behind the counter was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! About thirty minutes later after we installed the part their furnace works like a champ!! Me and my dad have used Chuck's for years and will do so for years to come!! Thanks!!!

Follow up review here. Chuck's getting a bit pricey and out of its local neighborhood approach. Called for a service call cuz the thermostat went out. Quoted $140 for service call and 30smth minutes of service. Tech left with a $300 bill after installing a very basic ($40) thermostat replacement. I am no math genius, but I don't thinknthe numbers add up. Don't mind paying for it, but didn't even get the programmable unit.
Now, if I want to upgrade the thermostat to one that gives todays typical functionality, it will be unit cost (circa $200) plus another $140 for install...what gives

We were having issues cooling the second floor of our recently purchased home, the second floor was 10-12 degrees warmer then downstairs. I had called many companies and they wouldn’t return my calls or I had one familiar company come out get service fee and the technician just tried to sell me on a new system. I then came across Chuck’s heating and air and the owner was very helpful and he came out and explained in great detail the issue and what needed to be done to solve the problem, and it wasn’t a new system like one company was trying to say. Ever since they fixed the problem the second floor is just as cool as the first floor. We are very happy with their work and will use them in the future for any HVAC issues.
