Rusty the technician was hands down the best part of the very unfortunate event of having my sewer backup. He was transparent and responsible with the estimate. He let me watch the inspection, even sent the video footage to me after in case I wanted another opinion, answered all of my questions and thoroughly explained everything they’d need to do and why. The crew was prompt, did excellent work, and Rusty stayed in touch with me throughout the whole process for any questions. Jackie the program manager was so kind and flexible on when payment was due. The communication from everyone involved was amazing. CME is an honest company and for that alone I’d recommend them to everyone. It’s a wonderful experience feeling you can trust the people working in your home and the only negative thing I have to say is I wish they could do more in my house than just the sewer.
We had very old sewer pipes that were cracked and roots were causing drainage issues. I called CME, and Alan, Branden, and Dan, and the rest of the team came and did excellent work at a cost much less than other companies. They were also courteous and very professional. I seldom encounter companies with that high level of professionalism.
We had to get our sewer line flushed out and descaled because of grease buildup, some minor blockage and tree roots piercing through the line. The team was so friendly and explained everything they were doing along the way, bringing all the equipment they needed. They were fast and efficient, I know for a fact because earlier this week Rusty Goins came out to give me the estimate for my pipe liner and showed me the video in real time!! He explained how they were going to put the liner in and all the other steps of the process, insuring I knew where my money was going. CME is amazing and everyone I interacted with was friendly and patient, from calling to make my appointments to the guys that came out to my house. I definitely recommend checking them out and I can't wait to come back after the work to update!! Thanks, CME!!
I was very pleased with the service provided by Rusty at CME. He efficiently diagnosed the problem with my sewer main, identifying a significant rootball as the cause. He clearly explained the situation and offered practical options regarding the necessary repairs. I found his expertise and communication to be highly valuable.
I called CME to get a branch out of my sewer line that was discovered by a scope performed during the home inspection for the sale of our home. I explained the urgency of getting it done before closing scheduled in 3 days. Craig and Josh arrived the next morning, and explained what they were going to do and what different things they could try, if needed. They came prepared with all the equipment that they might possibly need The job took several attempts and different tactics, but they would not quit until they had the pipe cleared.
