Coldstream did a fantastic job replacing my 100+ year old roof. I talked to 5 or 6 other companies collecting quotes, but the project manager Dominick Bennett at Coldstream was why I decided to go with Coldstream. He helped explain what I did and didn't need to replace, and I was confident he would ensure the final product would be a quality roof that will last for future decades. He also did a lot of heavy lifting coordinating with the asbestos tear-off contractors, which was not easy. My neighbors keep complimenting Coldstream's work, and I am 100% satisfied with the result. I would wholeheartedly recommend working with Coldstream!
Our house was built in 1958 and had a mix of original wood siding and an addition with plenty of flaws. I really try to do a lot of work myself as I like learning and may have an OCD problem. Soffit, siding and gutters were to big of a project for me so here's to Mario and his crews... I'm not sure what I expected our house to look like when they were finished but they exceeded any expectation I had. Everything I reviewed with Mario before the project started was taken care of. Our home looks amazing and at the end of the day, the price was far better than their local competitors. So, from someone who was afraid to pull the trigger on a huge home project, take a look at this company, I would recommend them to anyone.
We chose the Coastal Blue color for our selection of the roof color. It is different from many others I see around. Dominick and his crew were very nice, and polite. They took great care of our yard, flowers, and surrounding structures during the job. They pointed out other issues found and took care of them . The crew worked very efficiently, getting the job done in 1 day. Highly recommend them for your roofing job.
We were extremely satisfied with the entire experience with Coldstream Exteriors! From the start, Dominick was helpful, answering all questions and very prompt to come out to view the job. The team that did the roof replacement - I can't say enough good things about. They were onsite right when expected and there were no surprises or hiccups- everything went smoothly. The clean-up was out of this world! I couldn't have asked for a better experience honestly.
