Our house was built in 1958 and had a mix of original wood siding and an addition with plenty of flaws. I really try to do a lot of work myself as I like learning and may have an OCD problem. Soffit, siding and gutters were to big of a project for me so here's to Mario and his crews... I'm not sure what I expected our house to look like when they were finished but they exceeded any expectation I had. Everything I reviewed with Mario before the project started was taken care of. Our home looks amazing and at the end of the day, the price was far better than their local competitors. So, from someone who was afraid to pull the trigger on a huge home project, take a look at this company, I would recommend them to anyone.
Coldstream did a fantastic job replacing my 100+ year old roof. I talked to 5 or 6 other companies collecting quotes, but the project manager Dominick Bennett at Coldstream was why I decided to go with Coldstream. He helped explain what I did and didn't need to replace, and I was confident he would ensure the final product would be a quality roof that will last for future decades. He also did a lot of heavy lifting coordinating with the asbestos tear-off contractors, which was not easy. My neighbors keep complimenting Coldstream's work, and I am 100% satisfied with the result. I would wholeheartedly recommend working with Coldstream!
I cannot recommend Coldstream Exteriors enough! Very fast and efficient between the initial contact and the install day. They have a lot of color options and a great sample book to help you choose your color. Install day went well…they were on time, respectful and kept me updated throughout the day with texts and progress pictures. After the roof was finished, they took extra time to make sure they cleaned up our property. The attention to detail is much appreciated!
We chose the Coastal Blue color for our selection of the roof color. It is different from many others I see around. Dominick and his crew were very nice, and polite. They took great care of our yard, flowers, and surrounding structures during the job. They pointed out other issues found and took care of them . The crew worked very efficiently, getting the job done in 1 day. Highly recommend them for your roofing job.
Great overall experience with Coldstream Exteriors. Had Dominick come out to look at roof due to some shingle damage and roof age. This was not gong to be an insurance related issue, I would be paying out of pocket, so I needed a good quality job at a reasonable price. Dominick provided a very reasonable quote(I did get other roofing companies to quote as well for comparison) Due to the professionalism of Coldstream Exteriors and prompt responses to my questions I went with them to replace roof. Smooth process overall. Crew showed up at 7:30 am and I could tell right away they knew what they were doing - this crew was serious and didn't take a break until job was complete i- 1200 sq foot ranch took them 4 1/2 hours - total tear off and replacement. I was able to watch the job progress as I was home that day and believe they did an excellent job. Roof looks great with the Colonial Slate shingles. Very satisfied with Coldstream Exteriors and Dominick who was an excellent communicator in setting this job up. Would recommend for any work you need around your home.
