I've worked with other roofers in the past and Jason Dimac, Thomas and Carlos at Continental Roofing are the only people I would trust on our roof. They are professional, courteous, and prompt. If something can be repaired, saving you money by avoiding insurance premium hikes, they'll let you know. Other places just want to go after the entire insurance job first. They were super helpful in repairing our leaking roof at our new home, and I feel very confident recommending them for any job.
After being in search for a quality company for roof and gutter replacement, I heard of Carlos and his company through a neighbor's referral. Without a doubt, this was a 6/5 star experience. Quote-wise: Competitively priced without any compromise in quality of items. Very easy to communicate with and flexible with our specific needs. Carlos performed a thorough review of our roof and was upfront on specific things that would need to be replaced (e.g. rotten roof sheathing). There were no hidden costs. Workmanship-wise: The crew, overseen by Gabi who is also fantastic, came as scheduled, efficiently completed the roof replacement, and left at an appropriate time the same day with little-to-no residue left. What truly made this a 6 star experience however was the willingness of the team to correct unexpected hiccups. For a big project as replacing a roof and gutter replacement on our old house, it was unsurprising that some minor issues arose (e.g. rotten fascia board). Carlos and Gabi personally inspected the quality of the finished product, and was in communication with me well-after completion of the project to fix any and all issues. We were very pleased with the finished product and the team we worked with.
Troy with Continental Roofing was awesome to work with. He worked for 8 months to finally get our insurance to cover our new roof. He did not give up and we really appreciated how hard he worked to get this done for us. Our insurance is not easy to work with but he got it done. Professional crew replaced our roof and barn roof in 3 days and did a great job! Couldn’t be happier!! Highly recommend this company! Dale & Kim Felty
Continental Roof Company repaired my roof previously. The roof started leaking again in the same area as before. I immediately contacted Continental on February 9th, 2021. I understand there was snow on the roof and too dangerous to inspect at that time, but I had hoped once the snow melted they would go and check out the work they previously did and find out why the roof is leaking again. From 2/9 - 3/2 - 3 weeks I called the office 7 times, and kept getting excuse after excuse. Long story short - no one ever went out, returned my phone calls, and basically blew me off. In the meantime the rain is coming in my foyer and every day this is not resolved it causes more damage. Continental Roof Company obviously did not repair the roof properly and certainly does not stand behind their work. I definitely would not recommend them and would give them zero stars. In response to your response - When I had called for the 5th time I was told that someone did go out there, but there was another roofing companies truck there. Not sure how I can make this more clear - we did not contact any other roofing company and the truck you saw must have been for another house. As far as not showing you ever did the work - I also informed Becky that I am happy to get a copy of check #1405 in the amount of $2,000.00 that was paid to Continental Roofing for this property. "We can't be held responsible for everything that goes wrong with a roof that someone else installed". Completely agree. The only thing we had asked is you be accountable for the $2,000.00 work you did for the repair. Let me make this clear - not once did we ask for any repair work to be at no charge. Had you actually gone there and saw what needed to be done to stop the leak and felt the new leak had nothing to do with the previous leak and the repairs you made, than you most certainly could have billed for the 2nd repair. It would just be a coincidence that the leak in the foyer is in the same place as last time.............
Carlos and his team at Continental Roof Company did a fantastic job getting my roof replaced. They were quick, efficient, and tidy. I would recommend Continental Roof Company to anyone! Thank you all for the great experience!
