Calvin was very nice and did a good job explaining what was wrong and option to try to fix amd how long that may last and getting a new a/c. We decided on new, It was done timely and that I believe was good. Did arrive late once. But when winter came the furnace wasnt working and I called a different company first afraid something was done so that id biy a new furnace. So they told me the board that sends the signal for lighting the flame or something was bent like damaged and said that could have happened when they cleaned my fan but cant prove it. Also that they forgot to turn my gas back on. So we turned it back off and I called cool times to come back but hadnt said what happened. Cool times fixed it but never said what was wrong and i didnt ask. Most the winter my heaters not been working right. Sometimes its fine and now It attempts to come on and doesnt but sometimes does and it must be the same problem as before with the board. They were supposed to come yesterday so I could talk about it and see what they say is the issue is and tell them about what the other company said about the board but it looks like ill just be paying someone else to fix a problem I feel they caused as they didnt show or call.
Wouldn’t go anywhere else. I am in the commercial HVAC business and I have been impressed with their customer service, responsiveness, knowledge and reasonable pricing. I heard about them from someone who had a new system installed that wasn’t working and after calling a bunch of places, Cool Times was finally able to fix the issue with their furnace blower motor install which had burned up multiple motors. We have an older system ourselves that they have maintained for years now with positive results and never pressured us to update.

Calvin was very professional and friendly. He was open and honest about what needed to be done. The pricing was fair and installation was quick. I will be using them for all future heating and cooling services I need. They're easy to work with and have fair prices.
I had Cool Times Heating and Cooling install a new furnace and HVAC, Aeroseal ducts, and install a humidifier in the Fall of 2018. Calvin and his employees worked long hours to make sure everything was done correctly, and I have been pleased with the level of comfort in my home over the winter. They should be back to tune the AC soon before I run it for the season, and I will post an update on how things go over the summer (that's why only 4 stars for now). Calvin and his workers were very friendly and we felt comfortable having them around us. I contacted two other companies and had them both visit before I decided to choose Cool Times. It was easy to talk to Calvin and build a rapport with him, and I never felt like "another customer" to him. Calvin also came highly recommended from one of my contacts in industry, and a maintenance worker who remembers Calvin from a training class that Calvin taught. Calvin is knowledgeable - you will very quickly see this if you ask him a question - and really knows what he is doing. The work took longer than I expected - but I guess that's the nature of this type of work. My family and I had to coordinate availability for three consecutive days to allow Cool Times to do the work. That's a lot of time to make yourself available. I wish the work could have been done in a more modular fashion that was more evenly dispersed. Second, from what I can tell, the company is a smaller company and manages to stay the right amount of busy for their size. However, sometimes this is frustrating as it can be difficult to get ahold of Calvin for a quick response. Everything worked out, so my lesson was that you just have to be a bit patient - again probably somewhat related to the nature of this type of work of dealing with emergencies of people not having heat and new install jobs like mine. Overall, I can honestly say that I would not hesitate to hire Cool Times for work in the future. Update September 2020: Still really pleased with the work. After a couple of seasons of using the new setup I am really pleased. I am upgrading to 5 stars. I highly recommend Calvin and his team.
