Ben came out answered all my questions. Made us feel comfortable about the job. Explained everything we needed and what they would do. Bo was on time and they worked real fast. I think they did a great job. When Bo did his final inspection told me what was wrong with my roof and how they fixed it. All in all a great job and friendly people. From the top to the person answering the phones.
Last week we had a new roof installed by Deer Park Roofing. They did an excellent job! The entire process was well done. The estimator was very knowledgeable and clearly explained the scope and detail of the work to be done. The date we set for installation was chosen by us to work with our schedules. On the day of installation the crew showed up at 7 am (as we were told would happen) and did not leave until around 6 pm after everything was cleaned up and put back the way it was (e.g. lawn furniture on our back deck). The quality of the extensive work they performed was excellent. The crew foreman gave me his cell number and he was very responsive when I called him with a minor issue arose. I would highly recommend Deer Park Roofing!
Doug & Jason did some patch work on our roof after solar panel conduit was moved. They did a great job - you can not even tell the work was done. They also cleaned up and were very courteous. I recommend them!
Had a leak in the ceiling, and when I got a quote, they were helpful in trying to identify the source of the leak and potentially what other work would need to be done to the roof and other parts of the house. They also noticed another part of my roof that would require some work in the future, so I now have a quote in-hand to tackle that project when we're ready. Everybody I worked with was helpful and knowledgeable from the quote, to the administrators, to the roofers who completed the job. There was never any pressure to sign off on the project, which I really appreciate.
From beginning to end Deer Park crushed our roofing project. Everyone involved was very hospitable and I mean everyone from the initial sales rep, customer service, the roofing crew themselves, everybody!! The job was completed much faster than I expected, and looks phenomenal. They went above and beyond helping us get what we needed. Big shoutout to Michael F. And Caroline L for making everything easy and seamless.
