Deer Park Roofing was professional-courteous and knowledgeable. I was really impressed with Tabitha Teegarden! She is the first person you talk to when you call. Her friendliness and positive personality is remarkable. At the end of our conversation I always felt confident that my concerns or questions were understood and she would handle my problem or concerns!!! I would recommend Deer Park Roofing to anyone!!!

Rick and Brandon came out on time. They were very professional and courteous. They were concerned the roof tile didn't match exactly (not their fault, I have an old roof), they were making calls to rectify the situation, which I told them not to worry about. Will be calling Deer Park Roofing to replace my roof in the next few years.

Deer Park Roofing put on our new roof, from my first call to the office, I was thoroughly impressed with the great customer service. The estimator answered all of our questions and was extremely helpful in explaining everything that would be done. I would highly recommend Deer Park Roofing, our new roof looks amazing and we know that they stand behind every job they do!

Thank you so much to the whole team at Deer Park Roofing in Florence for our beautiful Sun Tunnels! Travis Gabbard thank you for coming to our home so quickly and helping us to decided what would work best to fit our needs. Your knowledge made us feel secure in our decision to move forward. We didn't expect to see you again but what a nice surprise it was when you came on installation day to introduce us to the team and make sure everything was coordinated. Thank you to Jeff Eisner and Scott who focused on all the interior work. You were so kind and considerate of our home and to answering any questions we had. You also went out of your way to create as little mess as possible and were so quick to clean up afterwards. Thank you David and Hunter for the amazing craftsmanship you bring to your roofing skills. It was amazing to watch the two of you work. We were also amazed that you took the time to show us exactly what you'd done after installing the Sun Tunnels and answered any questions we had. Before you left you made sure we knew we should call if we had any further questions or concerns. Thank you Nate and Tabitha for overseeing our project. You were with us every step of the way letting us know, via telephone or email, what would happen next. We never had one moment of concern knowing you guys were cooridnating everything on our behalf. Truly we can't thank the whole team at Deer Park Roofing in Florence enough for the AWESOME teamwork we got to be a part of. We wouldn't hesitate to call you for any future needs.
