Duff Plumbing are a first class company. The girl that answered the phone is very professional. She was calming and reassuring that they will take good care of me. They did jest that. New hot water heater. The two plumbers, father and son, did an amazing job.. Explained everything before they did any work. Clean up was great Do not hesitate to call them. Bob Schwarber
Very satisfied customer. Not just one Master Plumber, but two very smart and willing to solve unforeseen obstacles. The obstacles that had stopped Home depot and Lowes from being able to install the Dishwasher. They did it! The men were very professional and customer service oriented. I guess what is going on with my enthusiasm is their honesty integrity that creates an overall feeling of trust. I had a Dishwasher, A Faucet, Toilet tank rebuild, and new valves and new pipe . Everything they did is still working perfectly. I was told if I have an issue to please call. From first contact with this company I knew I was delaying with competent people. Thank You James Gessner
Had a variety of mishaps with countertop installation and rescheduled plumber at least 3 times, Sherry talked me off the ledge a couple of times! Finally got everything done and for the first time in 60 days we have water in the kitchen!!!! Happy customer here! Thank you Duff plumbers
Had plumbing problems on Sunday night. Called a different plumber at 8 am on Monday morning. By lunch time I hadn’t heard anything and I had asked some friends for suggestions for a good plumber. 2 people said Duff Plumbing. I called them on my lunch and talked to Sherrie. She was so helpful!! I needed someone quickly. She said the schedule had already been made out for the next day, but she would try to fit me in. She called back promptly and said that Kyle would be out first thing this morning. Kyle and his son showed up and in no time he figured out the problem. Very knowledgeable and did the job quickly. I am so impressed with this company. Highly recommend and if I ever need a plumber again, I will call them first!! Thank you so much!! Lisa Camden
We have used Duff Plumbing numerous times at our Church and our home. We always feel very confident that the job will be done correctly in a very timely manner. They always explain the situation and give you a very fair price. You will never hear any vulgarity from any of their plumbers.
