Had plumbing problems on Sunday night. Called a different plumber at 8 am on Monday morning. By lunch time I hadn’t heard anything and I had asked some friends for suggestions for a good plumber. 2 people said Duff Plumbing. I called them on my lunch and talked to Sherrie. She was so helpful!! I needed someone quickly. She said the schedule had already been made out for the next day, but she would try to fit me in. She called back promptly and said that Kyle would be out first thing this morning. Kyle and his son showed up and in no time he figured out the problem. Very knowledgeable and did the job quickly. I am so impressed with this company. Highly recommend and if I ever need a plumber again, I will call them first!! Thank you so much!! Lisa Camden
We have used Duff Plumbing numerous times at our Church and our home. We always feel very confident that the job will be done correctly in a very timely manner. They always explain the situation and give you a very fair price. You will never hear any vulgarity from any of their plumbers. Being a past Trustee at our Church, I am often asked who to use for various home problems. They charged me over 500.00 to replace a shower cartridge that wasn’t leaking before they messed with the plumbing. Background, I have low pressure. I had another company replace the PRV about a year ago. I’m still having issues. Duff came out, bumped up the pressure and left. I found a water leak at the tub/shower mixing valve when my kids were using the shower. How did I find it. With water dripping through the ceiling into the kitchen, is how I found it. They’re not honest about their pricing, and mark parts up considerably. I wouldn’t recommend using them.
These guys are amazing!! The first time I called them was to get a second opinion after a ridiculously high quote from another company. They ended up just adjusting a hose and didn't even charge us, it was so kind. Today they came out in under two hours and repaired our hot water heater and even told us if it fails us soon they'll apply those charges to the replacement down the road which is SO kind and great business. I am a loyal customer!!
Very friendly, reasonably priced and quick to get the job done. They showed up and fixed my leaking water heater within 2 and a half hours of my initial call. Kyle was very thorough and friendly.
