Our service man had to be a detective to find the source of the leak, which was coming out onto the floor on the other side of the shower wall. It was not the shower, but a nail through a pipe from the original build 7 years prior (apparently the nail sealed itself into the pipe until it rusted out). He did a great job and completed the job efficiently. I would definitely recommend this company.

Of course, when you have guests in town, the kitchen sink decides to back up. Called Dupps and they scheduled me for the same afternoon. Dan got here earlier than expected (text notification alerted me when he left the other job) and he was incredibly thorough. He have me exact pricing on everything before he started and he tested everything before he left. Very pleased with Dupps and Dan was terrific.

Dupps had someone at my house within 2 hours to replace my water heater. Bryan did an amazing job explaining everything in great detail. Recently had to replace our water heater. Never a fun thing to have to purchase, but Dupps Plumbing did a great job. They provided clear options and pricing. They arrived on time (called ahead) and were friendly, communicated clearly, knocked out the work, cleaned up and made sure we were happy with the job. I feel very comfortable recommending them based on the great service we received.
