Fast Response Heating & Cooling is an EXCELLENT company. The young man that came out to look at my furnace was very up front with me about needing a new furnace how old it was etc. Mind you I am in the process of remodeling my whole house and he definitely helped me out and I was able to purchase my first brand new furnace as a home owner. All three men were nice, knowledgeable and very very professional. I appreciate you guys so much my house is very warm now and I’m at peace and can finish remodeling without being cold lol. The name is accurate. We had our furnace making a loud noise and I called them at 8am. I was able to get a full replacement installed and running on the same day! They offered me repair and replace options. I ended up going with the replacement for a 28 year old system. I’m still just amazed we got it on the same day I called. Especially during the cold winter months! Awesome!
Highly recommend!!! They are honest and trustworthy!!! One of their technicians Mark, came out and could have had a new furnace installed but all that was needed was a new thermostat. Hard to find honest companies now a days. This is an awesome group. Thank you!

Fast Response is true, they came to our home with 3 children and removed our furnace on 9/15/2024. They have ghosted us and our insurance. It is now 10/9/2024 and my children are freezing. They give the perfect example of what is wrong with American contractors today.
