Avoid this place or request a new one if your home warranty sticks you with them. Wait a week for a replacement blower motor to show up and be installed to find out the tech installed a used piece of junk that failed a few hours later. Looking into the furnace showed not a clean and new motor but a dirty, greasy, dusty and rusty old one that refused to spin freely. Now I'm stuck waiting even longer for someone else to tell me the blower motor is bad and likely order a new one. Just take a look for yourself. Looks like a nice new "used" and broken motor that was supposed to replace the old one but didn't even last 5 hours.
Bernie came in as if we knew each other! I felt so happy to see someone who actually cared to have a conversation! He was thorugh, honest, took the time to show me how my furnace worked(first home buyer). I fill so pleased to know he cared about my home. The man showed me how to work the thermostat correctly, when to change out filter and most importantly, when to call first response! I am so thrilled! Thanks Bernie for being Awesome!
I was very nervous about them due to quite a few bad reviews, but my pre-season heating service through my home warranty company went really smoothly. They were in and out within 30 minutes and did not push any other repairs. I feel at ease knowing some basic maintenance was done and my system will be more efficient! I'll continue booking them for all pre-season checks!

Our outside line for the AC was freezing so we submitted a request to our home warranty company on Friday. On Saturday we received a text from Fast Response saying they would be out on Monday. Today we received another text saying we would be the next stop. Max arrived took a look at everything, did a wonderful job of explaining the issue and what would be covered by the warranty and what other services the company can provide. He also gave us more info on the AC unit as it uses R22 and next year they will no longer be able to refill it. Very pleased with the service we received and Max's knowledge and professionalism.
