We had an EXCELLENT experience with Feazel from the beginning of the process to the end. Mr. Ben, we called him Master Ben was very professional and explained how the entire project would flow and worked with our Insurance company to assess damage. He Explained everything and was always available if we had any questions. He was very professional and took the time to answer our questions and explain things as the team was installing the roof. The install team was great! They did a very nice job installing the new roof in ONE DAY!!! and cleaning up when the job was completed. They walked the entire property several times to assure there were no roofing nails or trash laying around in the yard. They were a very professional and knowledgeable team to work with. Thank you!!! Feazel Roofing did an excellent job getting my roof approved by my insurance company and then replacing my roof with all the code updates with no price increase. They had 12 workers starting at 7:00am and they worked till 6:30 to complete my roof and then finalizing my gutter guards install the next day. Everything was as perfect as it could be.

He surveyed the roof, developed the estimate, scheduled the work, and followed up to make sure we were completely satisfied. We chose a darker shingle & love it. The day of roof replacement was quick, efficient, & great care was shown covering our porch & shrubs & sidewalk & driveway. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
