Feazel replaced the roof of my condo building last weekend in Northern Kentucky and I must say I am very impressed with the speed that Wayne's crew completed multiple buildings in my condo complex. However with that speed came a serious lack of quality. Since Feazel finished, our building has been left with siding ripping off near the chimney, a punctured HVAC line (which Feazel has taken zero responsibility for citing various "building codes" to push off liability) and countless nails left behind throughout the complex. If you need a roof fast, call Feazel. If you need a roof done right, call anyone else.
Feazel Roofing did an excellent job getting my roof approved by my insurance company and then replacing my roof with all the code updates with no price increase. They had 12 workers starting at 7:00am and they worked till 6:30 to complete my roof and then finalizing my gutter guards install the next day. Everything was as perfect as it could be.
Feazel helped us get our entire roof replaced through insurance due to several missing shingles from previous storms. The entire process from dealing with insurance to the actual install went very smoothly. Would highly recommend Feazel if you are considering replacing your roof!!!
The roof looked great until the people doing the gutters arrived and destroyed the metal trim. It took me over 2 months to get Feazel back out to correct everything. In the meantime they kept calling, texting, and emailing me wanting final payment when the job hadn’t been completed. Everything is complete and fixed now so I paid them.
Our experience with Feazel in Cincinnati was up and down. They checked our 17 year old rood and said we had a very good reason for submitting an insurance claim. Although they constantly assured us it was a high probability for full roof replacement, after 2 inspections insurance did not come through and gave us only a repair amount for $1020.00. However, I believe all insurance companies have recently been charging more and providing less. So I don't blame Feazel for that. As a result, Feazel did compensate by giving us a very competitive quote for our trouble which we ended up accepting. Their people were courteous and the roof quality is second to none. Everything was done professionally and on time with great communication. For that, I recommend them highly.
