Dave and Grant, from the Frank Niesen Company installed a new underground water service at my house. They did excellent work and were so very nice and cordial. The front yard had to be dug up at the street curb. But after they were done and filled it back, it was hard to tell that they had dug anything. Great job guys! Niesen Company was great to work with. I called about some preventative maintenance and they were out the next day. Mike came out and was nice, responsive, and professional. Their prices are reasonable. Due to no fault of his own, one of the repairs included a bad part that was installed. Niesen guarantees their work. I called the company back 3 weeks later after I noticed the issue and they came out the next day and fixed the issue for free. Overall they are a great company and I am extremely satisfied with their work. Definitely Recommend.
