Used Fusion for a new roof and a complete box gutter rebuild on my home. The work was completed with quality, efficiency and as originally estimated. The owner Kevin was good to work with and had no problem addressing and questions or concerns during or after the work was complete.
Drew was great to work with. Very courteous and knowledgeable
I had my Roofing and Roof Repairs done at my Motel by Fusion Roofing and they did an Excellent Job. I would Highly recommend them for any roofing needs. Was very timely, efficient and reasonably priced. Boundary Motel.
My mother purchased a home she is renovating in Cincinnati, Ohio and she reached out to Fusion to patch a hole in the side of the home. A man came from the company, took a look, spoke with us, and then gave us a quote for patching the hole and adding a gutter. We liked the price, agreed, and signed a contract with the company to complete the job within several weeks. We went out of town, but kept tabs on the project, which seemed to fall off Fusion's radar almost immediately. Weeks behind schedule, my mother finally got in contact with the roofer, who almost immediately began backing out of the deal. The home was too tall, he suddenly complained, as if our home had miraculously grown over night. He'd need to put up a ladder in our neighbor's yard, which had scaffolding in it, to reach the roof, which would be difficult. No problem, we told him, because we have spoken to the neighbor in the past and he would most likely be fine with clearing part of his yard to make space for you to work. No, he said, he wouldn't be able to put up the gutter. Okay, we said. How about patching the hole in the siding, as you agreed? We really need it done, because water is seeping into the house every time it rains. That wouldn't be worth his time or money, he said, as if that would matter to us – the people he had signed a contract with to do just that job over a month-and-a-half earlier. After this ridiculous back-and-forth, the roofer started to back out of the deal by telling us he would "cancel the contract for [us]". I'm not sure if this guy thought this was some kind of clever way to get out of the deal by making it sound like he was doing some kind of great favor for us, but his refusal to just acknowledge the obvious fact that he was backing out for no better reason then that he wanted to was pretty remarkable. If it weren't for the fact that the hole has continued to erode our house, I could almost respect the sheer audacious lengths he would go to not take responsibility. Ultimately, though, we went with cancelling the contract, because we had completely lost faith in Fusion. I mean, how do you respond to someone when they say they suddenly won't do the work they signed a contract to do, because they realized way after they signed the contract that they actually didn't want to do it after all? Contracts bind customers to the service provider, while at the same time binding the service provider to deliver on what they promised the customer. That is the deal – this isn't a playground and we're not eight year-olds trading back-and-forth baseball cards. To be fair, I understand that there may have been a miscommunication at the company and that there were some unique difficulties our property presented, but the completely unprofessional manner that Fusion demonstrated and their complete disregard for the agreement we signed was *ironically* a deal breaker. I do not usually take time out of my day to compose reviews, but reneging on our deal greatly delayed our project and has resulted in further damage of our home. Communicate with your clients, complete your projects, and meet your deadlines. Maybe they have done this with other people, but they didn't do it for us and we will make sure to not work with them again.
Great work by Fusion roofing, I look forward to working with them again. Very responsive and flexible to my schedule. Outstanding work!!
