I called for a technician to check out my furnace at 8am and Nick arrived not too much later. He was very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the issue. He gave me options for repair and replacement. We decided on a replacement furnace and it was installed the very next day. The installation technicians were friendly and took precautions to keep my floors clear of debris. I appreciated Aaron taking the time to explain a few things to me. We did get quotes from other companies before deciding to go with Future Air and they had the best prices.
Outstanding company. Our AC stopped working and we called Future Air after receiving an outrageous quote from another company. Nick came to our home within 30 minutes of our call. He instantly found the problem and also let us know that the other company had misquoted us. Within an hour Nick had repaired our AC at 60% of the cost we would have paid had we gone with our initial quote. Our AC is now working great. Highly recommend!!!
My air conditioner wasn’t blowing cold air. I have a new heat pump and furnace installed by Future Air. The technician was at my house and fixed the problem within 3 hours. It was still under warranty so I just paid for the service call and labor. $275 out the door and my house is perfectly comfortable. The part was covered under warranty and I would definitely recommend Future Air as your heating and cooling go to.
I had these folks install ductwork in my basement as part of my basement remodel. They were very friendly and professional. They did a fantastic job and completed the work very quickly. When I had a follow up question after inspection, the technician called me personally to talk through the issue and did a great job of helping me understand. I have every intention of using these guys again.
