Gerry came to our house on 6/22 to measure two windows that needed replaced. He told us they would be in by 7/1. We didn’t get any response from him until 7/3 and he then said he would have the windows in on Monday 7/6. After multiple phone calls from both myself and my husband, Gerry finally told us the windows did not make the truck so he did not receive them. He assured us that the windows would be in On 7/16 for a guaranteed install on 7/17. Again, a week goes by and we hear nothing. On Thursday 7/16 we hear from Gerry who is telling at this point telling us that the windows still would not be in on time because the plant just shut down the day prior??? Gerry provided the phone number to the manufacturing company of the windows, and when I called it was confirmed that although Gerry took the measurements on 6/22, he did not actually place the order for our windows until 6/29. Our windows finally were installed on 7/20. A full month later, after being told initially that they would be in only a week later. We had such a poor experience full of one excuse after another. Gerry really needs to work on his customer service skills, and apparently some time management as well.
Gerry has to work on his customer service! He is great at telling you that he’s going to show up for an appointment and he will not show up, won’t call, text there’s zero communication! I have known Gerry for several years, he does great work however I have told him about his lack of communicating with his customers.
