I was very pleased with your company, from the person who took my call(s) to Shawn who made the repairs. He is very professional, honest, and pleasant. He arrived in a timely manner, and when I had to have him return the next day, he was on time. The return trip was because of a faulty brand new product which I had provided. George from Ruehl Plumbing came out as promised, installed new gas pipe for my gas stove in our new house. He was very professional and pleasant. Their price were very reasonable compare two other companies. They didn't nickel and dime you for every part plus didn't try to sell you something you did not need. Honest reasonable company you can trust. I will definitely be using them in the future.

Just dont buy your own part and pay for them to help you with it. George put in a new cartridge(which we purchased on our own). Paid him $145 to help with the difficult removal of the old cartridge(you know how simple jobs are rarely simple). Initially the leaky faucet seemed fixed after he put in the new one until we tried to take a shower and had no hot water pressure. Called him back out and after he fooled with it for a minute, said that the new cartridge was bad and it would cost atleast another $145 plus cost of him purchasing a new part for him to remedy the problem. Had he told us this from the get go, we would've returned the already purchased cartridge and let him buy his own. Now we're back to square one snd
