My experience with Guaranteed Roofing has been positive. Jason and his team are thoroughly professional and arrive on time. Guaranteed Roofing did a really good job in replacing the roof in our earlier home. I highly recommend Guaranteed Roofing to anyone in Mason area looking for roofing replacement and/or maintenance done to their roofs.
Jason was very professional. His team showed up early, prepared and got right to work. The guys did a great job, finished in the same day and cleaned up very well. I was provided pictures after the job was complete and the final product looks great. My wife and I are very happy with the outcome. I would recommend Guaranteed Roofing to anyone.
Fast, efficient, quality work. Came home from vacation to find parts of my siding falling off after a storm, as well as some other work that needed done, and Guaranteed Roofing was able to come out the same day I called and fix everything above expectation. Willie Hurst was prompt, very pleasant to work with and gave an excellent estimate for my new roof The crew showed up early and got right to work. They were so respectful of my landscaping and did a super job with clean-up! If I could give 10 stars to this company, I would!
Had been having problems with our soffits upstairs and by the front door. Called around to get quotes and decided on Guaranteed Roofing. Spoke to Jason over the phone. We made an appointment and he personally came out to assess the situation. He quoted me a fairly decent price on the work that needed to be done and was very courteous and professional. He also explained what the crew would be doing - also the materials that he would be using. He also asked if we had any extra paint so that they could match the new with the old, and I told him that we could supply that. He had stated that they wouldn't be able to start the project for a couple of weeks because they were backlogged, but was eager to do the job. A week later, i was pleasantly surprised. I received a call that they could start that day! The two men crew came out, and started the project. They were very meticulous, making sure that the job was done properly and in a timely manner. While they worked on the project, Jason stopped by to see the progress and found another problem area by the door (that I never realized) and suggested that that area should be addressed also. They were finished with the project within three hours! (Painting included). We are very happy with the results and the professionalism that was shown by Jason and his crew! Will definitely recommend Guaranteed Roofing to anyone who needs quality roofing done at a great value and price! You can't go wrong with this amazing company!
