Great Contractor. Has very competent people and top subcontractors. When we started having water leaks staining our drywall and window frames on the first floor of our home, I talked to a few contractors. Dennis Ryan was honest and helped us to understand that our water leak was due to the 2nd floor windows being pulled below the sill as the 2x4 wood on the exterior wall shrinks with age. Whereas all the other contractors were eager to sell me new windows... Dennis's teams approach was to remove the brick work below the 2nd floor windows and replace it with shorter brick sills. And put some innovative flashing below the windows. He brought his brick contractors - very skilled. They scaffolded the front of our house and cut away brick. And carefully matched the bricks perfectly. Even my masonry matches. While the brick mason's where there - they realized that my steel lintels above my garage doors were expanding due to moisture. They provided a proposal to work on that as well. It was good work and reasonable. After the brick work was done - Dennis's team spackled and patched our previously ruined arched window frames. Then their talented painter did a perfect job. I highly recommend Dennis's firm, Haire Construction.
