I spoke with Katey, General Manager, she listened and addressed my concerns. She sent Austin out to follow-up on the previous service and he did an outstanding job. To be fair, I've used Hauser for 27 years and have had just three issues, all were related to technicians. I appreciate Katey following up so quickly and Austin’s thoroughness & professionalism.
Bill was the main gentleman I spoke with that got everything started for me. He answered all my questions and his response time was fantastic. Jaron and Wyatt did the installation and were courteous and professional. Talked me threw my new furnace and and everything I needed to know as a homeowner. I could not be happier with their service and strongly recommend them to anyone
Nov 8, 2021 - During my routine maintenance, they noticed my heat exchanger was going bad. Before it shut down, they suggested to replace the heat exchange or replace the whole furnace - with the system being 15 years old, we went with a new furnace. They had it installed in about 1 week - the installers were neat, courteous and knowledgeable - they answered all my questions as they installed the unit. Houser worked with me on pricing where I feel we both got a fair deal. 1 year ago they also installed a mini-split system in a new room addition. again, excellent service and install technicians! The technicians were friendly and curtious. Helpful and knowledgeable. Hit bumps in the installation process and worked to fix them quickly. Made extra trip to get new equipment and stayed til dark. Appreciate the hard work.
This was our first time using Hauser and I'm very please with the the service they preformed. I received a cold call regarding a special they were offering and accepted the offer and scheduled a date and time which fit our schedule. I was surprised that they actually were able to book a time within a few days of the call! Ahead of our schedule time, the Service Technician called and asked if he could come earlier than the scheduled time. Again, this typically never happens! Michael Carter, the technician, was very friendly and informative as he went through his checkup process. As it turns out, our timing couldn't be better as he found an issue with a fan condenser which was not allowing the fan to run at full capacity. It was replaced and and the unit was now operating as it should. Michael made a couple other recommendations, all of which were intended to improve the functioning of our unit and would save money in the long run. He suggested I investigate the option and if I felt they were right for us, we could install at anytime. Based upon this first encounter, I would recommend Hauser to anyone if they needed service on a heat pump. Good job Michael, thank you and thank Hauser!
