My AC went out in the middle of a heat wave. 90+ degrees. I immediately started to make calls to get it estimates on a complete AC replacement. I contacted Hauser Heating&Air and I was fortunate enough to have Patrick Jenkins; (Comfort advisor). Who gave me an initial assessment along with pricing for an AC unit. Patrick was very professional, friendly, and honest. He worked with me to establish a payment plan for a complete AC and furnace install. Hauser heating and air prices were better than the five other competitors that I contacted.
On the day of the install, two technicians came out And they did a phenomenal job. One technician's name was; Brandon W Hundley who did an excellent job. Both technicians were well skilled and very professional. It was a very labor-intensive job and both technicians were up for the task.
Thank you Hauser Heating&Air for an outstanding experience all the way around. Would definitely recommend this company to be called FIRST if you're in need of AC services.

Once we had our first cold snap, my 23-year old furnace died. At the recommendation of a friend, I contacted Hauser, and was extremely impressed with the company. I worked with Michael Blevins to replace my full HVAC system, and he was very responsive to my request for information, visiting to provide a quote, and heard my specific needs and preferences. The team was very prompt to schedule installation that worked with my calendar.
Michael came in advance of the installation team to ensure I was in agreement with final details, and ensured that the installation team had all of the information they needed. The installation team worked diligently, and walked me through the system after installation.
I highly recommend Hauser!

I had a great experience with Hauser! My ac went out on a very hot Sunday. They were able to come out the same day that I called and within the time frame that they said they would be there. They even gave me a text update to let me know that the service person was finishing another job and would be to my house shortly and then that was followed up by a phone call about 20 minutes before he arrived. I definitely appreciated that communication! The service person Steve, showed me everything that he found wrong with my system, fixed what was needed, and gave me suggestions on things to maximize the life and efficiency of my ac system which I very much appreciated! He was very thorough and knowledgeable and I will absolutely use Hauser again for any emergencies and for the regular servicing that my system needs! 100% recommend!

My mom had a furnace installed a few years ago. She's nearly 70 years old, so she's not going to go inspect the job they do. I think the person who installed the furnace knew that. I went to seal up some small gaps in the ductwork for her. I was absolutely blown away by what I found. There was huge gaps in the air return duct where it meets the furnace. The air return goes between the floor joists into the plenum. The technician would have had to have seen it when he installed the new furnace, but never said anything about it. You'd expect a professional to inspect the existing ductwork before installing a new furnace. What's the point in an efficient furnace if you have giant gaps in your ductwork. We had always assumed everything was good because a professional did the work. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case.
I contacted the customer service department. He told me to email pictures, but never called me back. If they install your furnace, you better ask them if they inspected your existing ductwork. This whole time her furnace has been sucking air from the basement. I ended up fixing it myself. At least I know it's done right now. She's going to find a different company to do any future maintenance.

Patrick Jenkins Did a wonderful job explaining to me what exactly needs to be done. He was very professional and knowledgeable.
Work was done today on 10/10/24. Both technicians were very nice, knowledgeable, and professional. Work was done quickly and very efficiently.
