This was our first time using Hauser and I'm very please with the the service they preformed. I received a cold call regarding a special they were offering and accepted the offer and scheduled a date and time which fit our schedule. I was surprised that they actually were able to book a time within a few days of the call! Ahead of our schedule time, the Service Technician called and asked if he could come earlier than the scheduled time. Again, this typically never happens! Michael Carter, the technician, was very friendly and informative as he went through his checkup process. As it turns out, our timing couldn't be better as he found an issue with a fan condenser which was not allowing the fan to run at full capacity. It was replaced and and the unit was now operating as it should. Michael made a couple other recommendations, all of which were intended to improve the functioning of our unit and would save money in the long run. He suggested I investigate the option and if I felt they were right for us, we could install at anytime. Based upon this first encounter, I would recommend Hauser to anyone if they needed service on a heat pump. Good job Michael, thank you and thank Hauser!
From start to finish this was as pleasant an experience as it could be. Finding out your AC needs replacement over the summer is stressful on the wallet and in general. I had a different company come out initially since it was a last minute emergent call, so my options were limited. After trusting my gut and feeling like said company was too sales oriented, I called Hauser. They sent a salesman out to my home promptly to discuss my needs. The gentleman was very honest and forthcoming and made me feel like I was in control of how to proceed with little pressure. He even went back to his office and brought me two mobile AC unites to keep me comfortable until the installers came. I thought this was very kind and thoughtful. Through the entire process the communication was excellent. I always knew when someone was on their way and when to expect things to be done. The general manager called to ensure everything was going well and to my liking along the way. The installers were working in pouring down rain and were still able to do quality work. I cant say enough about the customer service experience with Hauser and just how much trust I feel with them after this experience. At one point the manager called and let us know that they were having lunch delivered to their installers; I thought this was another testament to how good of a company they are to treat their employees with this kind of thoughtfulness. Start to finish a great experience for a crummy situation I was in.
Our AC went out overnight and Hauser was so quick to respond. By 9:15 on Saturday morning, Michael Carter, the technician was at our house and in under an hour, he had diagnosed and repaired our AC! He was extremely respectful and knowledgeable and friendly. He explained each step and was able to price our repair out with different options for service/maintenance plans vs just the repair. Our AC and furnace are 21 years old and we plan to purchase a new system with Hauser. Thank you Michael!

These guys were amazing. Brooks was the perfect salesman. He showed me that the house had, indeed, had Central Air before! Which made it easier, and I suspect, a little cheaper to have put back in. The 3 guys that came were professional, funny and hard working. Great installation guys!!
