Jeff was professional and easy to work with, took care of water back up and advised a control plan if the problem persists.
Jeff is the nicest guy! He is 100% honest, does quality work, and if he is unavailable he will immediately refer someone who is just as honest as him. A stand-up guy and company!!!!
Mr. Hellkamp came to our house and unclogged the drain pipe from the washer. He added a new pipe (pvc) that was longer and in the way of the cold water knob. He did not tell us that he didn't put the knob back on because the pipe which could easily have been shortened was in the way. Instead he just took the knob and our money and said nothing, knowing it would be years until we found out. Well, we just donated that washer and dryer and discovered there was no way to turn off the cold water at the source. Luckily, the people we donated the washer and dryer too had a cap and were able to turn off the water with vise grips. It would have been nice if we could have known. We had them back (after 2 months of being put off) to replace 2 hose bibs on the outside of our house. He spent $40.00 on parts, was here for almost 2 hours and charged us $650.00. If you are not in his little "click", don't bother calling him. You will end up waiting months, then you will be overcharged, and you may end up missing some very important parts to your house.
Called this company to fix plug in driveway. Said he was busy but would be done in June. This was in April. Never called, never showed. Had called him once before and did the same.
Very difficult to work with once they've recorded their pay. Job wasn't successfully completed. Inquired about return and if possible a second chance to fix the back up, but instead received an call from the angry owner complaining about my voicemail.
