I was so impressed with my experience with HKC Roofing. I am purchasing a home with a slate roof and box gutters. Ed at HKC reviewed my inspection report, provided consultation over the phone, and then came out in person to review the roof and gutters. He was professional, explained technical concepts clearly, and went the extra mile to make sure I knew what services I would be purchasing. My business partner and worked with Ed Stinson. I believe HKC works on larger projects but they were still able to help us with a smaller repair on our slate roof and gutter patch. Ed was always responsive, communicated well, and constantly updating us along the process. Cannot say enough good things about their customer service which is hard to find nowadays. We will definitely be using HKC in the future and passing the word on to others as well.
The team at HKC was a pleasure to work with. Chris was great with communication and the customer service was excellent. I previously used a different roofing company in Cincinnati that I was not pleased with so I gave HKC a call based on their reviews. They were very quick to setup time for an estimate, send the quote, and get the work done.
I have used HKC's services to tear down and replace my 3 layer roof, as well as my flat roof requiring rubber membrane. I have also used them for the instillation of new gutter guards. This is the second home I've bought that needed a roof.... HKC will always get my business. ED got the job done and was responsive and attentive to my needs ( and deadlines). The quality for their work speaks for itself and at reasonable prices. You can trust this company to get the job done the right way! 10/10 would recommend!
