They came on time and Austin really helped me from the beginning to get things done the right way with insurance, the steps needed to take, and professionally got our roof replaced in less than 2 days. The work they did for my roof was great and I appreciate the honesty from the beginning.
Absolutely awesome job working with everyone! They were efficient in every way coming out to the house to check things out and all of the other follow-ups including the actual roof install. Inexpensive and the shingle color that they helped me pick looks great with my gutters! They were also able to fix my chimney area and I feel that's going above and beyond because they didn't HAVE to since it wasn't specifically on the roof!
We just had our roof done a few days ago. They were the least expensive quote I’ve received but the quality of their work was incredible. Will and Josh we’re both awesome to deal with. The crew that came out to do the roof was amazing. They were very professional and kept us updated all day. Our house is very tall and there isn’t a ton of room between houses. They went to each of neighbors houses and asked permission to lay down tarps and left our yard and our neighbors absolutely spotless. The roof looks fantastic. I would totally recommend these guys 1000 times over.
I worked with Matt for a roof replacement on our house and he was excellent. Throughout the entire experience they had superior communication in comparison with just about any contracting service I've ever used. Which is incredibly rare and important to me. Continually followed up with me and made sure they were explaining every detail. When I had to get ahold of them they answered promptly and in multiple forms of communication (email, text, call) They got us scheduled quickly and knocked out the work in one day The prices were considerably better than other companies we got quoted and the quality of work is top notch. Would highly recommend to anyone needing roofing work done.
Fantastic job from start to finish! I had roof damage after the wind storm over Christmas where I lost 10-15 shingles. I had several other companies come out and look at the damage, but IC roofing was the only one who offered to make a temporary repair to prevent water damage, and this for free. A detailed inspection was made, and included a detailed written report. A supervisor was onsite at all time to ensure quality work. After the work was completed, a quality inspection was made, and the roofers came back to correct a few items. They also registered the installation with the shingles manufacturer for us, to ensure that we get the warranty. Highly recommended company to work with for roof repairs, from start to end!!
