I chose IC Roofing to replace my roof last year. I chose a hometown company to fix my roof and keep the funds local because of the "pandemic". Huge mistake! They played us. Before I called IC my garage had a leaky roof and my house was fine. After their instillation, my house roof leaks and my garage is bone dry. I reported the issue and a smaller crew came to fix the leak. It still leaks. Communication broke down after that. I'm upset with my judgement because I read a review IC has problems with their post-instillation. They plugged a tool into a socket inside the house and the wind broke my door. They acknowledged it and told my elderly Auntie, oh don't worry we'll be back to fix it. Sales: Good. Installation: Great team, but missed the mark. Post-Instillation: Shoddy. If you are looking for a roofer this is NOT the place to hire. Save your time, money, and grief. I do not recommend. I highly recommend karma.

IC roofing went above and beyond to make getting a new roof painless and easy. From the moment i started the insurance claim, Will was there for everything we needed. My insurance adjuster called me immediately after i filed and Will dropped everything to make sure he was able to meet the adjuster here and take a look at the roof together and point out the hail damage he had found. The adjuster even gave us a separate check to redo the drywall on the ceiling inside which i don’t think would have happened without Will’s diligence. Once everything was squared away, they got me on the schedule pretty quick and came a day earlier than planned. The crew they chose was amazing. Antonio and the guys finished removing my old roof and putting on a new one in 8 hours. My whole roof was paid for by insurance. Will came by a couple times during the process. A shingle damaged a window screen and Will was back within an hour with the repaired screen. He even showed up to inspect something for me in the pouring rain. The whole process was super efficient and i really didnt have to do anything.

We just had our roof done a few days ago. They were the least expensive quote I’ve received but the quality of their work was incredible. Will and Josh we’re both awesome to deal with. The crew that came out to do the roof was amazing. They were very professional and kept us updated all day. Our house is very tall and there isn’t a ton of room between houses. They went to each of neighbors houses and asked permission to lay down tarps and left our yard and our neighbors absolutely spotless. The roof looks fantastic. I would totally recommend these guys 1000 times over.

First time home owner. First time putting money into a roof. I couldn't be happier with the price, speed and quality of the service I was given. From start to finish, it was so much simpler than I'd imagined. I'm not one to trust people, especially contractors, but Will was a pleasure to work with. He was as real as it gets with me. Hopefully I don't need to use them soon, but I'll gladly use them again.

Quality work. Done within the time quoted that it would be completed. Installers were kind and considerate. Everything was put back as they found it maybe even better. Very professional . If you need your roof replaced this is the place to go.
