My hot water heater went out on a Friday morning and by Friday evening they had installed a new one. Kris in the office was very helpful and pleasant and when the help arrived they were clean and efficient. Very happy. Great local business.

Been using Eckhoff plumbing for years, with both my Residential Facilities, as well as my personal home. The crew is excellent, the office staff is excellent, and Jim is such a great guy. Very personable and cares about his customers.

Cut a 18x18 hole in my ceiling for $300 all to tell me there weren’t any issues with the plumbing. Didn’t fix a single thing and walked away with $300. Was told it had to be an issue with my shower and may cost $10k to install a brand new shower...was told the owner would call to verify, inspect personally, all of which never happened because he didn’t have the curiosity to call me. It took me calling for three weeks to get ahold of the owner, who ultimately told me he would not be out to inspect himself. Really disappointing service and very disheartening to be told that I potentially have a $10k issue over my head for 3 weeks with no follow up. That’s not right - do your research and go elsewhere for plumbing service.

Possibly the laziest plumber I’ve ever come in contact with. First time we scheduled for new shutoff valves and lines for sink and toilet in basement bathroom along with pedestal sink install. Plumber shows up, does the valves and says he doesn’t have time for the other install. We decided to give them another shot because they came recommended and the day of the appt. the plumber went home sick after his first job. They rescheduled two days later and the same plumber as before shows up and only installs the toilet, refuses to do the pedestal sink because we haven’t purchased the faucet for it yet which we’re planning on putting on later after painting around fixtures. Says without the faucet he can’t put the sink in because he’d have to “uninstall it to put on faucet” and suggests we call back when we have the faucet. Why he thinks he has to remove a sink to put on new fixtures is beyond me. As for calling them back...yeah, that’s not gonna happen. We’ll just go a different route from now on.
