Asked for a quote for whole home water filter and Shelby came out same day for a quote. Talked honestly about the options and we went with the conditioner system. Shelby came same day to install it. Very nice workers that did a great job.
He was absolutely Fantabulous and even though it was a huge bill...I knew he was correct about needing the new pipes...this quick fix had happened way too much in the past. And I was sure replacing the pipes was the right call and when he mentioned it...Although nobody wants to pay a large sum of money like that..._I knew he was honest...I would have liked the bill to be less, but it I know was a necessary fix. He was quick, polite, neat and tidy as well as efficient. I was afraid he was going to say he had to come back to fix but he didn't leave me in a lurch...This wonderful man unfortunately got the drain cleaner on his face, no fault of his own, and I felt perfectly horrible this happened to him. We quickly got some Dawn detergent for him and he said he was doing good now. This truly was NOT HIS FAULT!! I have put your number in my phone...not only will I use your company again if the need arises, but I have already started spreading by word of mouth how pleased I am with your quick response to my need. I needed not only a company I could trust, but a gentleman of an employee...I can't rave enough about Tye!!! Thank You, Thank You, Thank You from the bottom of my heart!!!

Chase came out took pictures and explained everything very well. He even came out the same day that I called. Prices are also very fair. Will be using this company for all of my plumbing needs. Update: Jolly offered me a free furnace inspection and Caden came doing an excellent job. He very knowledgeable and explained everything very well. It does appear as though we will be needing a new unit soon and when we have the funds to do so we will definitely be using Jolly. 12/24/2024 Zack came out on CHRISTMAS EVE! Again I was very pleased. We found a fairly bad leak under our bathroom sink. Zack gave us a quick quote for the necessary repairs and even helped us pick out a new vanity and faucet so that we would be sure to get the correct items for the job. Absolutely amazing that any plumber would do that for us especially on Christmas Eve. And he has already scheduled a time to do the work. I honestly have never been more pleased with a company as I have been with Jolly. Thanks once again folks for what you’ve done to make our new home a better place for us. 12/30/2024 Zack came back today with Blake to do the job he gave me an estimate on. Once again, an awesome job both techs were very professional and did a very good job. Thanks again Jolly.
Mike was the third technician from Jolly to visit us in a short two-week period, for three different reasons. This time it was because our nearly 25-year old heater died! Mike was dispatched ASAP and quickly assessed the problem, provided our replacement options and then quickly went to purchase a replacement water heater and had the old one out and the new one in in short order. We were out of hot water in the morning and had it back by mid- afternoon! Mike was very respectful and protective of our property. His 30 Years of Plumbing knowledge came through as he explained what was needed and helped us understand our options. He also helped us as best he could with keeping the cost as low as possible when looking for our replacement heater. We were very happy with the whole process from the initial call to the point when we had hot water again!
