Great experience overall. Kingdom Exterior’s does top notch work. The men showed up on time and worked hard while they were here. The work was finalized according to the contract we signed with no surprises. We couldn’t be happier. Thank you Kelly!!
BEWARE! Future customers beware! You do NOT want this company doing your work! SEEK OTHER INSTALLERS! This company is NOT a Hardie Board installer. Several subcontractors sent to do the work. Four teams walked off the job (maybe not getting paid?) and the ones that did try and complete, used mismatched materials, incorrect materials, incorrect installation, generally sloppy work, all which has compromised the warranty provided by James Hardie. Owner is not reputable, nor did he provide the work he agreed to do in his contract. 5 months and 5 crews later, this mess is what I'm left with.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I had them strip my entire roof, then install all new materials down to the sheathing. I now have a section of the roof where the sheathings are warping after less than 6 years since they installed my new roof, which indicates they are getting wet. I've contact the company several times to have someone come to inspect the roof, but they never show up when they say they will. They have since stopped responding to my calls and text messages. They apparently don't stand behind their work...In response to the company's response to my first comment...nothing posted by him is true. He said he would come by the day following my initial contact with him, but he never showed up. He then said he would come by the following week, and he still didn't show up. Now he's ignoring my attempts to contact him. I never made any comments to him about having him do the inspection immediately, or on any type of short notice. Also, how can he determine what is causing the issue without inspecting it? The sheathing is obviously getting wet or it wouldn't be warping, and this is happening because of improper roofing material installation. If this is supposedly normal due to winter weather, then why isn't this happening anywhere else on the roof? I have had other roofing contractors inspect it and they said the sheathing is soaking up moisture due to improper shingle installation. If the company would actually come to inspect they'd see that...
Great experience with the roof on our church. Gave us a great price and was on time and professional. Many great compliments when finished on how good it looked!! Would recommend Kingdom exteriors to anyone looking for any roofing or siding needs!
They did a great job. Much Better job than the original roof. Then did even better job of cleaning up. I could not be Happier!
