Nothing but great things to say about Dylan. Answered all my questions and was very professional Fast forward to today, Dylan came back out for another issue. He walked me through the process and how to proceed moving forward. I’ve not had a bad technician from the company, but Dylan has been the best so far! So much so, I’ve only been scheduling work for when he is available. Thanks again Dylan!

Our water heater started leaking..it was 25 years old and we expected we would need to replace it. I was very pleased with the entire process. Questions were answered during my initial phone call to schedule. Jonathan was the technician who replaced our hot water heater. Explained the process and completed the installation within a couple of hours. Will definitely call for any other plumbing or heating repairs if needed

I highly recommend Knochelmann for any heating and air conditioning needs. Matt was amazing in helping me choose the best unit for my home. Kevin and Bo did an excellent job with the install. They were very communicative, professional, and timely.

Kyle Cox is an excellent plumber who re plumbed our house and added a second bathroom. He’s courteous, timely and well knowledgeable in his craft. I now feel like I have a plumber for life in Kyle.

Dylan Grim was out today for a plumbing inspection. He's friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. He took the time to educate us on proper maintenance. Best inspection we've ever had!
