The worker is rude, loud, and unpleasant to talk to or deal with. Quick to anger and raising his voice.

Whoever was driving the car for this company is extremely unsafe. Riding extremely close to us, nearly hitting us while we have a baby in the car. He sped around us and flipped us off very rudely. We tried to call the company and tell them what happened and he answered to ask phone and tried to say that it was our fault, even though he was the one who almost hit us (with a baby in the car!!) and flipped us off. Very rude and unsafe.

Had a water leak in my foundation wall. I dug it out and then called Kuhnhein. Charged $900 to fix it. My mother paid him as he was finishing up. He stopped right there and said it would be another $300 to fill the hole in because he just went to the chiropractor. When my mother confronted him about it he got defensive and rude and told my 65 year old mother to fill it in. Which she had to do. Do not hire this company. Not only is he rude and unproffessional but he is unlicensed for plumbing work. Also he lied to the home warranty people about where the leak was. So now we're are having to jump through hoops to get the money back. Hopefully this will save someone else from this headache.

Where do I begin.... This guy showed up a week later than he was supposed to, and it was unannounced. He then began repairing a leaky pipe and decided that it was a good idea to use two of my own personal buckets that were in my garage space and one of my towels to clean up his mess. Not only did use my own property, but he didn't even have the to courage to clean out MY buckets, or even let me know that he was using them (even leaving a note would have been better than nothing). on top of that, he left behind sharp chunks of metal that could have easily punctured my vehicles tire, or even someones foot. The one bucket had an inch of black gunk and pieces of metal and the other was ruined by mixing concrete in it. Needless to say, my property was ruined by this fool and he left without a care given.
But hey, at least the pipe was repaired..........

I called this morning and my problem was resolved by 3 pm. I was really impressed with the efficiency and courtesy of the gentleman who came to my home. He said he can’t always get to a call so quickly, but I’m really glad he could. And I love the motto on the truck...”shit a is going down!”
