Buyer beware before you use Liberty Restoration. They completed a wind damage siding/roof repair on my house. Their response and follow up was poor. It took over 5 months for the work to be done. They did over $500 of damages to my house during installation. Now 1 1/2 years later I have issues with siding falling off. I have called multiple times over the past 3 months and they have yet to come out or schedule a time for repair. I would never recommend their services.

Liberty Restoration was around our neighborhood after a bad wind and hail storm. After some conversation, they asked if they could check out our roof for damage - we are so happy they did! We worked with Joe, who very patiently explained what they found and how those damages were effecting our roof/home. As recent first time home buyers, we were overwhelmed at first but Joe answered all our questions and made this such an easy process. We contacted our home insurance to file a claim, Liberty Restoration took an extra step and met our insurance inspector at our house, and soon after we were scheduled for a new roof. Joe explained different roofing options to us and gladly showed us examples of other houses with a variety of shingle colors. We picked a color and a day for them to come out. So easy! When they showed up everything was taken care of with great care. Our landscaping was covered/protected and afterwards our lawn was searched/cleaned of anything from the old roof. Everyone was so nice and we felt extremely comfortable working with Liberty Restoration. SO glad we had a chance to speak to Joe that day after the storm - now our "new to us" home has a new roof at no cost to us!! We would highly recommend Liberty Restoration!
