A few years ago I had a good experience. The repair man was knowledgeable and friendly. My furnace was repaired and all was good. Recently I had a A/C issue. I tried to call all of their phone numbers had been disconnected. I started reading their recent reviews and check them on the BBB web site. I was shocked that it was the same company. After a couple more days of trying to contact the company. I moved on. I spent $7500.00 else where. Since there isn't a spot for Zero Stars. I'm putting it here. A sad turn... I hope Angie's List checks into their recommendations better in the future. The one's I saw are horrible.

Nick did a great job and answered my constant questions as I like to try to take care of my appliances/equipment etc. I picked this company from a big list and was not disappointed. He was very thorough and knowledgeable and explained all aspects of my system and its status. Having recently moved into a house with many issues, I was glad to find out that the mechanical aspects of my old system is not one of them.

TERRIBLE COMPANY. Doesn’t care about customers needs in the MIDDLE of summer. Told us it was going to take a week to get parts , it’s been 3 weeks. Even gave us a date and that day came and went with no call. Every time I call, I either can’t reach anyone or am told I’ll get called back about my part and never get called back. Called today to find out why they aren’t doing their jobs and the receptionist cops an attitude with me with no empathy for the fact that I have no A/C with an infant in my home and then hangs up when I call her out on her attitude and wants to blame everything on our home warranty company even though they are responsible for communicating with us and have refused to do so. Don’t waste your money on people who don’t care about you as a customer and only cares about making money.
