We could not be happier with the service and installation! Mike gave us the quote and worked to ensure and old, inefficient unit was replaced properly and have the outcome be aesthetically pleasing, as well as work to cool (and later heat) our home. The installation team of Shane, James and Jason were awesome! We went from one undersized unit to two perfectly sized units and our home has never felt better. Yesterday was hot and humid and for the first time in TEN years, our home is comfortable and the A/C units didn't struggle to keep up. I used to think I "needed" the house set at 68 or lower. Nope, it was just that the old unit could not keep up. Shane and crew not only installed new units but our duct work was completely redone and it's WONDERFUL. The old 1980's duct work from when this house was built was certainly less than insulated in a VERY hot attic. These guys worked three very long and hot days to get our a/c working perfectly. They were courteous and clean and explained things very well. I highly recommend Logan A/C & Heat Services for anyone who even has a question about their existing systems. These installers definitely did five-star work for us! Thank you!
Had Logan A/C and Heating Services come out today to replace our 24 yr old Janitrol units that just gave out during the first heat wave. I had to replace the Run Capaitor that died on it. We had a $650 Duke Energy bill. Zane came out and worked with us from sales and helped us secure financing for new units. We got approval around 4 pm and the next day Travis, Josh and Marissa were at our home at 9am to start removal of the old units and install the new Trane units. They were polite, knowledgeable and did a bang up job and left our house cleaner than it was when they started working. I had 5 different companies out with estimates. Logan was not the cheapest but was very thorough and did a great job explaining everything and made me feel comfortable making the decision to go with them. It took our house one hour to cool down to 80 degrees from 89 and the humidity was gone. We our comfortable now at 80 degrees. Thank you Zane, Travis, Josh and Marissa. Connor and the team at Logan did an incredible job. They were very nice and respectful, worked through the rain, and finished the job on time giving me updates every so often. They cleaned up after themselves and instructed me on how my new systems works. They were very thorough ensuring everything was sealed, working properly, and took my old unit away. I was happy with their service.

We had a great experience with Logan Services, from scheduling a consultation with Tyler to installation with Michael and Carter the next day! Tyler explained in easy to understand terms the pros and cons of all their systems for our lifestyle needs. He provided discount options we were unaware of, which helped in our decision to purchase the state-of-the-art Trane XV Series A/C and XCm Furnace system. The installers, Michael and Carter, arrived promptly at 9:00AM the next morning. After a quick site inspection, the two immediately set to work dismantling our 30-35 year old system. They were polite, courteous, and organized. Any questions we had during installation were professionally answered by both men. They had the new system installed, tested, and explained to us in just 8 hours! Overall, we would recommend Logan Services to our neighbors and friends for any of their HVAC needs.
